Very clean and well furnished.
We had great days in the really very beautiful apartment. Everything is very clean. Everything you need is there. The beds are very comfortable. The location is very good. The key handover via the key box was uncomplicated and gave us a lot of flexibility upon arrival. We felt very comfortable.

The very impersonal and little empathetic email contact beforehand matched the conditions we found on-site. The House Nepomuk is located amidst a nondescript holiday home settlement from the estimated 60s-70s. Many houses are vacant, and few are actually very well-maintained. Regarding the house itself: The rooms had apparently been painted not too long ago. The bedroom is a room separated from the actual living space only by two curtains and a partition wall, which unfortunately cannot be "sealed off" by doors. The fact that the double bed was covered with different sheets should be mentioned briefly here, as well as the defective light fixture. The carpet under the coffee table had unfortunately also seen better days: it was marked with large stains. The toilet/bathroom: A new sink had been installed. However, the traces of the previous basin are still visible today. No one has taken the trouble to remove them. Unfortunately, we did not find a shower mat, and the towels provided seemed to be from the "founding era." We also could not understand how a non-covered trash bin could be placed in the bathroom. The kitchen was well-equipped, but mostly with chipped dishes. In response to my message to the local manager, Ms. Mennebäck, that during the storm a picture frame fell from the wall in the outdoor area and of course the glass shattered, I have received no answer/reaction.
But lastly, something positive:
The weather was great!

Vielen Dank für Ihre Bewertung. Der Waschtisch im Bad war ein Provisorium, da die vorherigen Gäste das Bad verwüstet hatten. Ebenso ist die Wohnung in einem sehr schlechten Zustand verlassen worden. Das Bad ist jetzt wieder mit einem neuen Badblock versehen worden. Die anderen Mängel können nur nach und nach beseitigt werden, da wir über eine hohe Auslastung verfügen. Im November eines jeden Jahres renovieren wir die Wohnungen und ersetzten auch ggf Inventar.

We had a great week in this beautiful holiday apartment. It is lovingly equipped with everything you need. When we arrived there, we felt immediately comfortable. The coast is quickly reachable on foot from the apartment. By car, you can also quickly reach places like Norden/Norddeich, Greetsiel, or Esens/Bensersiel. There is a lot to discover for both young and old. We also rented the neighboring apartment Nemo, which is equally well furnished. Through the garden gate, which can also be locked, mutual visits were completely uncomplicated. Simply beautiful. Communication with the landlord was very friendly and nice. We can only recommend this vacation apartment. A heartfelt "Moin" and have fun in Dornumersiel.

Perfekt
We visited Dornumersiel for the first time this year, and I found the holiday home on the internet. The pictures and descriptions matched exactly what we were looking for. And we were not disappointed. The house is a dream and very well equipped. My children were also very enthusiastic. There is Wi-Fi and a second TV in the master bedroom. So, everyone was happy. Next year we will bring a second controller. Then even more fun is guaranteed. The caretaker service is also great. The beds were made when we arrived. However, with three people, there was only one bed in the children's room. Since I was there alone with two children, a fitted sheet was missing. A quick call to the service and we were brought one. We were completely satisfied and felt very comfortable. As soon as I know my vacation for next year, I will book again.
