- The fine sandy Baltic Sea beach can be comfortably reached by bike, car, or bus (approx. 9 km)
- A small shopping facility is about 500 m away 400 m away, larger supermarkets and numerous shops can be found in the Vineta city of Barth (5.5 km)
- In the village, there is a bakery, an ice cream stand, bicycle rental, and boat rental in the small harbor
- For water sports enthusiasts: Kitesurfing and Stand Up Paddling - courses and equipment are offered by the local kite club
- Historic Hanseatic cities such as Rostock (50 km) and Stralsund (37 km) are quickly accessible and offer numerous attractions

| Heating (electric, environmentally friendly solar power): 0,20€ / kWh Billing and payment is according to consumption and will be done on departure. The municipality of Pruchten charges a visitor's tax of € 2.00 per day (for persons over 15 years of age). We are required to collect the visitor's tax on behalf of the municipality and pass it on to them. Therefore, these costs are billed separately and paid directly to us. We will hand over the spa cards to you when you start your holiday. Please bring bed linen and towels with you! However, you can also book a linen package (consisting of bed linen and 2 towels) for a one-off charge of € 10.00 per person. Tea towels and basic equipment (cleaning products, toilet and kitchen paper, etc.) are available for you. For the cot and high chair, please book in advance. |

Beautiful surroundings - great bungalows
We were allowed to be guests at Mrs. Werner's for the second time, who is always helpful with questions or problems. We also enjoyed it very much this time. The bungalows are located on a natural plot of land. From our terrace, we had a great view of the forest. The bungalow had everything we needed for our stay. It was neat and clean.
Away from the tourist hustle and bustle. The great bike and hiking trails invite you to explore the surroundings. In a few minutes' walk directly across the street, you can reach the Bodden. There you can fish, paddle, swim or simply enjoy the sunset.
We will definitely be back.

Cosy holiday home in nature.
We spent one week in June, just the two of us (not as a couple), in the House Meadow View 1. There are two bedrooms, with the room with two single beds being quite small. The living, kitchen and dining area is spacious and equipped with everything necessary. The view of the pine-covered property is particularly beautiful, where we even had a visit from a buck. It was wonderfully quiet with only bird chirping. What was missing was a house number, it was not immediately clear which of the 6 houses was the right one. To get to the surrounding area or to the sea, one should have a vehicle. Recommended for anyone who wants a peaceful retreat after a day at the beach or other activities, provided that the residents of the other 3 houses feel the same way if they are occupied.

Beautiful vacation at the Baltic Sea.
We arrived as a couple and felt very comfortable. Everything was very clean, and we really enjoyed the peace and quiet. We can imagine coming back.

Despite the mixed weather, we had a very relaxing week. Our stylish, modernized bungalow in a natural park-like setting immediately brought on the vacation feeling. Mrs. Werner welcomed us as a friendly landlady and handed over our accommodation. It was very clean, friendly, and bright. Overall, highly recommended!
