In the living room there is a cosy seating area with HDMI flat-screen TV and radio and a wooden built-in kitchen with dining counter. The American kitchen has a cooker, dishwasher, microwave, fridge freezer and is fully equipped. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed 2 x 2 m and a spacious wardrobe. In the bathroom there is a shower cabin, a washing machine, a sink and a toilet.

The holiday flat is located in Ahrensfelde, on the immediate outskirts of Berlin. The S-Bahn station Ahrensfelde is approx. 1 km away and has 2 P+R. With the S-Bahn S7 you can reach the centre of Berlin in about 30 minutes and Potsdam in about 75 minutes. At a distance of about 100 m from the flat there is a bus station with direct connection to the S-Bahn station Ahrensfelde and at a distance of about 500 m the regional train R25 goes to Werneuchen and to Ostkreut in about 15 minutes. The village of Ahrensfelde is divided into the new development area in the Berlin-Marzahn district and the original village with detached houses. Ahrensfelde therefore has various discounters, doctors' surgeries, banks and restaurants, as well as various service companies. On the outskirts of Ahrensfelde there is a riding stable that also accommodates guest horses. From Ahrensfelde you can cycle to Berlin and the surrounding area via an extensive network of cycle paths. The motorway connection is only about 5 km away, so that you can also quickly reach the surrounding area of Berlin, such as the Spreewald.
In the immediate vicinity, there are many opportunities for sporting activities, such as a climbing mountain, a golf course, a forest area about 300 m away and a bathing lake about 10 km away.

Dear guest, we have been renting out our holiday home since 2008. We are Thomas (58 years old) and Ariane (56 years old). We always try to respond to the wishes of our tenants and try to improve our holiday home and the service accordingly. Since the garden is our hobby, we take great care of it, so that it blooms all year round, which pleases our guests.
