We are set in the centro storico (old town) of the town. Our property is in two parts, the oldest part being a medieval lookout tower that is about 700 years old. From the tower you have excellent views as you would expect. A mere 500 years ago a townhouse was built onto the side of the tower and this is where you will find the majority of the accommodation which was tastefully restored in 2005.

Montalto delle Marche has a population of about 2700 is is well serviced by shops, restaurants and bars. The town has a market on a Wednesday morning selling a wide selection of fresh Italian produce. The town is ideally situated being 25 minutes from the Adriatic Coast and 30 minutes from the Sibillini National Park. The town is 512m above sea level and offers spectacular views of typical Italian countryside of olive groves, sunflower fields and vineyards.
