The generous apartment is only available for 3 Months and longer. It is in Kuzguncuk and newly reconditioned with modern, bright rooms. There is a central heating system, a nice bathroom, two balconies and a terrace with a complete view to the bosphorus and to the hills. There are only a few steps to the Bosphorus. The environment is green with parks and cemeteries. The apartment has a living room, a kitchen with dining-room and a bedroom.

The apartment is absolutely close to the city centre at the Bosphorus. There ist only a 1-2 minutes walk on foot to the ferry to the European parts of Istanbul and the banks. The quality of the Bosporuses water improved in the last years, so you can go swimming. On the bank there is a small bathing place (2 minutes from the apartment). In Kuzguncuk you can buy all things of daily life in small shops and in supermarkets. There is a bio shop directly in front of the entry door. The traditional weekly market takes place on Wednesdays directly in the street before the apartment. You can visit numerous, sometimes very stylish restaurants, not expensive and comfortable. In the quarter there live friendly and tolerant inhabitants. It is not overflown yet by tourists! The environments in Kuzguncuk with its numerous parks, gardens and cemeteries are very green. In comparison to 'normal' city conditions it is very calm. Nevertheless all public means of transport (busses, collecting taxis, taxis and ferries)are available. You can reach the quarter of Üsküdar within only 2-3 minutes by bus. The ferries over the Bosphorus to Besiktas and to Eminönü departs directly from Kuzguncuk and regularly from Üskudar.

Kuzgunzuk is considered the most beautiful place on Bosphorus.
