Description
Our newly modernised villa with a total of 215 sqm living space is located in a gated community with security and stunning views of the Aegean Sea and Greek islands. The house has a new, heatable 3.5 m x 8.5 m salt water pool without chlorine. The house has a fully equipped fitted kitchen and all necessary electrical appliances. Next to the living room there is a dining area in the conservatory, where you can also enjoy a fantastic view of the sea, just like from the terrace. Besides a small WC on the ground floor, there is a bedroom with 2 single beds (90x200 cm) with en-suite bathroom. On the upper floor there are two more bedrooms, each with a double bed (180 cm x 200 cm and 200 cm x 200 cm) and en-suite bathroom, as well as another large terrace that invites you to linger. All bathrooms have been newly renovated. The beds are also new and equipped with comfortable new mattresses, so that you can enjoy your holiday here with a maximum of 6 people.

Our house is located in Kadikalesi, about 5 km away from Turgutreis in a closed and supervised residential complex with additional community pool and tennis and basketball court. The beach is approx. 300 m away.

If you do not make use of the contractual services, you are required to pay the agreed price, minus the expenses saved. We are obligated in good faith to attempt to re-allocate the unused vacation home to avoid losses. Until the vacation home is allocated to someone else, you are responsible for paying the amount due for the duration of the contract. The following cancellation fees will be charged: Cancellations - up to the 28th day before the arrival date are free of charge - between the 14th and the 28th day before the arrival date will be charged at 50% - later cancellations or changes, as well as no-shows, will be charged at 100% of the agreed travel price.

Super holiday home
If you want to relax while still being centrally located on vacation, this house is just right for you.
It is located in a well-kept complex with a great view of the sea. It is spacious yet cozy.
The house is modern and clean. All rooms are generous, and the bathrooms have all been modernized. The linen and towel supply is as described, everything is very clean and well-maintained. The fitted kitchen is also well-equipped and has everything you need. The air conditioning was also functional and provided pleasantly cool rooms.
The large garden is well-maintained and the nearly new pool offers a great view, and due to the higher location, it is very quiet and you hardly notice any traffic noise. You can see the seagulls flying at eye level, which is very relaxing. You can also retreat with several people. There are enough loungers available, and you can relax very well. Not essential but advisable is a car to stay mobile. A car is also good for exploring other places. Theoretically, it is also possible without a car if one has no problem climbing the stairs and taking the dolmuş.
There are some shopping options nearby, or everything can be found in Turgutreis, which is 5 km away.
All in all, it was a successful and very relaxing vacation!

Dream vacation in Bodrum!
If a private atmosphere with family and friends, combined with a breathtaking view of the sea, is important to you, then you are exactly right here.
The house offers all the comfort one desires and is very well equipped, especially the kitchen. You find everything immediately and nothing is missing. Rooms and beds were spacious, and the sense of space was very pleasant. Air conditioning in every room was highly appreciated. The garden and the pool are an oasis in themselves and offer pure relaxation. Due to the elevated location, one looks over the roofs. Again here, the quality of the furnishings leaves nothing to be desired.
However, to stay as mobile as possible during the holidays, one should rent a vehicle.

Very nice holiday!
We had a wonderful vacation in this great house for a week! There were six of us. The house has a wonderful panoramic view, just like in the photos.
The cleanliness, service, and amenities were excellent (especially the saltwater pool). It is very spacious and offers a lot of space for a family.
We will definitely spend our vacation there again. Thank you very much!
