We had a super nice stay at Villa Cima. The rooms were all very clean and the beds very comfortable. The location is simply dreamy. The heated pool was great for our children and for us. We played badminton and kicker every day - we had a lot of fun. Along a small path (about 10 min.) you reach a private bay where there are no people, but many beautiful fish in the sea. Our landlord Izidor is very friendly and took care of everything, whether it was questions about the house, restaurant reservations or excursion possibilities. We will definitely come back.

Dream holiday in your own little paradise

We (2 adults, 2 small children and dog) spent a wonderful week in Villa Cima at the end of September/beginning of October.
The cosy, very well-maintained and clean stone cottage lacks nothing. There are cooking facilities in the small kitchen in the cosy living room or outside in the great outdoor kitchen.
The pool is well maintained and impresses with its "infinity look" towards the mainland.
The property, which is completely surrounded by a stone wall, is also unique and was a dream for all of us. Children's playground with slide, swing and lovingly designed "balance path", football goals, a badminton net and hammocks - every level of the terraced grounds has something to offer
The small, beautiful* bay below the villa is easy to reach with good shoes, surefootedness and a bit of fitness.
The owner family is very nice and accommodating. Izidor, the owner, can always be reached by phone and fulfils every request immediately.

Conclusion: if you are looking for peace, nature and solitude, you can fulfil this dream with a holiday in Villa Cima.
We enjoyed every day and will gladly come back!

*unfortunately, plastic waste has become the norm on the wild beaches of our seas, but the sight of it is still frightening every time.

VILLA CIMA DREAM HOUSE ON KRK

The beautiful Villa Cima is about 30 minutes away from the airport. All hot spots can be reached from the villa in about 30 minutes by car. The villa is located at the end of a 800m long gravel road and is simply a dream. We spent 2 weeks in Villa Cima with 2 adults and 2 children (8 & 10years) and could have accommodated 2 more people. The villa is completely enclosed by an old stone wall. If you are looking for absolute peace and quiet on holiday, coupled with lush vegetation and a fantastic view, this is the place for you. The small bathing bay below the house can be reached in 7 minutes via a narrow path. We met two hikers in the 14 days, otherwise we had the small bathing bay with the crystal clear water completely to ourselves. As I said, the villa is ideal for people who are looking for absolute solitude and peace and who want to spend their holidays in harmony with themselves and nature. The best way to get to Risika is by car. The nearest large supermarket is about 15-20 minutes away by car. The villa itself offers a small kitchen inside for cooking, as well as 2 gas fields outside, as well as a barbecue next to it. A dream for every hobby cook and barbecue fan to prepare food outside in beautiful weather, while the rest of the family enjoys the spacious pool, or romps in the beautifully landscaped garden. The garden is terraced and offers the possibility to play football, badminton or volleyball or simply to look at the sea in a hammock. As I said, the view from and to the villa is a dream and you can't get enough of it. The whole family of the landlord is extremely forthcoming, helpful and polite and welcomed us with open arms and also helped us with advice and support. We will definitely be back!

Traumhafte Lage

Ausgezeichnetes Feriendomizil in bester Lage. Ideal für Aufenthalt mit Hund! 3000m² Grundstück vollständig eingezäunt.
Haus, Terrasse, Garten, Pool...alles TOP gepflegt durch die Eigentümer.
Eigener Zugang zu kleiner Bucht über "sportlichen" kleinen Fußweg. Nichts für Flip-Flops, aber mit festen Schuhen problemlos zu bewältigen.
Wenn man eine Woche absolute Ruhe möchte, der ideale Ort. Sehr schön auch die kleine Außenküche mit riesigem Grill und kleinem Gaskocher.
Besitzerfamilie sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Produziert u.a. exzellentes Olivenöl.
Wir kommen wieder!

Traumhafte Lage

Wir waren zu viert mit einem Hund. Die Lage des Hauses ist einmalig schön. Zum entspannen der richtige Ort. Trotzdem nicht weit bis in den nächsten kleinen Ort.
Dort gibt es einen kleinen Markt in dem man das Nötigste bekommt. Großeinkauf ist dann besser in Punat oder Krk. Ca. 15 Min. Autofahrt. Der Fußweg zur Bucht ist anstrengend aber dafür ist dort nichts los, wir mochten es sehr. Der Vermieter ist immer erreichbar und hat sich rührend um uns gekümmert. Der Pool wurde regelmäßig gereinigt und gepflegt.
Wir kommen bestimmt wieder in dieses traumhafte Idyll.

Erholung pur!

Wir haben absolute Ruhe gesucht und diese in der Villa Cima gefunden.
Wir:
2 Erwachsene, sind mit unseren 2 Hunden (Königspudel und Pumi) gereist, daher suchten wir nach einem Haus, wo wir die Hunde frei herumlaufen lassen konnten. In dem riesigen, von einer Mauer umzäunten Gelände, konnten sich die Hunde frei bewegen - es war super.
Vermieter:
Der Vermieter hat uns mit Kuchen und Getränken empfangen. Er ist sehr nett und hat uns jeden Wunsch erfüllt. Auch war er immer erreichbar, wenn wir Fragen hatten.
Villa:
Die Villa ist liebevoll und absolut zweckmässig eingerichtet. Als wir dann unerwartet Besuch aus Österreich bekamen, war es kein Problem diese kurz im Haus übernachten zu lassen, da es über 3 Schlafzimmer verfügt.
Pool:
Obwohl es erst Mai, also Frühling, war, konnten wir im Pool baden (ca. 26-30Grad). Der Pool ist traumhaft. Er ist gross und man sieht weit über die Insel, über die Meeresbucht, bis zum Festland. Tolle Liegestühle. Alles sehr gepflegt.
Bucht:
die hauseigene Bucht ist zu Fuss gut zu erreichen. Trotzdem sollte man gutes Schuhwerk für den Ab- bzw. Aufstieg anhaben, da es doch ein schmaler, etwas steiler, kleiner Weg ist. Die Bucht selber ist sehr schön und das Meer absolut klar.
Wir können die Villa Cima jedem der Ruhe und Einsamkeit sucht, sehr empfehlen.

Traumurlaub auf Krk

Wir verbrachten vom 30.09. - 07.10.2017 einen wundervollen Urlaub in der Vila Cima (Krk). Die Villa liegt inmitten der wundervollen Natur und bietet einen herrlichen Ausblick auf das Festland und Crkvenica.
Das Highlight war der beheizbare Pool, er hatte Tag und Nacht eine angenehme Wassertemperatur von bis zu 26 Grad und da es Anfang Oktober schon etwas zu kühl war um im Meer zu baden, haben wir dies sehr genossen.
Diese Villa ist für jeden Naturliebhaber das ideale Urlaubsdomizil in unberührter Natur und ohne auf den gewohnten Komfort verzichten zu müssen.
Alle Sehenwürdigkeiten sowie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind von dort in kurzer Zeit erreichbar und der sehr nette Vermieter ist bei allen Anliegen stets sehr hilfsbereit wofür wir uns nochmals ganz herzlich bei ihm bedanken.
Wir werden mit Sicherheit noch öfter dort unseren Urlaub buchen!

Perfekter Urlaub

Das Haus ist sehr gut fur Familien mit Kinder und aeltere Leute ausgestattet . Gartenpool ist ein Traum und das Ausblick genauso. :-)
Der Privatposition hat uns auch sehr gefallen , wobei Ortsmitte nicht weit weg entfehrnt ist (zum Einkaufen). Auf alle Faelle zum weiterempfehlen ! Privatstrand ist eigentlich ein Wildstrand wo wir den ganzen Zeit ganz alein waren ( fanden wir toll) , und ist in etwa 10 geheminuten zu erreichen, wobei der Vermieter dran arbeitet ein kurzeren Weg zu machen , fur saison 2018 !

Absolut tolles Objekt - für Hunde toll - für gehbehinderte schlecht

Das Haus ist, wie angegeben, über einen langen Schotterweg mit Teerabschnitten zu erreichen. Es geht hoch und runter und hoch. Mit dem Fahrrad vom Haus zum Ort nur für fitte Radfahrer geeignet. Zu Fuß einfach zu weit. Wider Erwarten war das riesige Grundstück mit Mauern umschlossen. Super! So konnten wir unsere Hunde laufen lassen. Eine Stelle müsste noch höher eingezäunt werden, da es dort abschüssig in Hecken und Gestrüpp geht.
Der genannte Privatstrand ist ein WILDSTRAND und gehört jedem. Schlecht ist jedoch der Pfad dorthin. Steil und sehr unwegsam. Dies macht man einmal um zu prüfen ob es stimmt. Sehr gefährlich! Der Kiesstrand ist ok., wenn man diese Strapaze auf sich nehmen will. Aber probiert es aus!
Der Empfang war auf Grund einer Autopanne erst am Abend. So wurden wir freundlich mit einem gedeckten Apfelkuchen und Schnäpsen empfangen.
Man sollte unbedingt beachten, dass man am Anreisetag erst ab Mittag eine Schlüsselübergabe vereinbart, damit das Auschecken der Vormieter und Sauermachen des Hauses sowie des Pools erledigt ist.
Für Rollstuhlfahrer ist das Haus nicht geeignet. Der Pool ist über eine Treppe sowie im Haus sind zwei Zimmer über eine schmale Treppe erreichbar.
Dennoch, das Haus ist soooooooooooo schön, das wir auf jedenfall wieder hinfahren.
Für sportliche Personen kann man in 13 Minuten zu einem größeren Strand joggen. Platz zum Parken vorhanden, für Kinder perfekt, keine Hunde. Drei weitere Buchten sind besser mit dem Auto anzufahren. 2 x Hundestrand, 1 x ohne Hund.
Die Aussicht vom Haus ist atemberaubend.
Abends kann man vom Pool auf das Festland sehen. Die dortige Straßenbeleuchtung ist der Hammer.
Preisleistung: Ein Hund kostet nichts, aber jeder weitere Hund 10,-- pro Tag.
Wir hatten für 3 Hunde noch einmal 210,-- bezahlt. Hier sollte man den Preis überdenken und eine Pauschale festlegen. Es wurde keine EXTRA-Reinigung gemacht, die 210,-- rechtfertigen.

Ich kann es trotzdem empfehlen!!!!

Perfect eco-villa

It was a perfect stay. The villa is completely sustainable with solar panels for water and electricity. It is situated in midst of Mediterranean wild life, which you can smell from the bed. It takes only 10-15 min walk on a wild path to an isolated beach where we have encountered no one but ourselves. Or five minutes by car to another sandy beach.
The interior is authentic old style. From every part of the house and its surrounding there is a gorgeous view of the sea.
One of the best parts was the heated swimming pool with a view of the entire bay, which actually gives you the impression of being above the sea.
It was also a heaven for kids as the house has a closed playground and a very vast, fenced garden suitable for pets.
On the other side if you want to play some sports there is a volleyball and badminton court as well.
The position within the island is very good. It takes 10 min to get to a beautiful old city of Vrbnik and cca 20 min to the main city of Krk.
We had the bestest time and are for sure coming back!
p.s. The host is a charm! He greeted us with a hot home made pie and a wine from their wine yard. We could always reach him by phone or email to get an additional info.

Himmel auf Erden

Den Himmel auf Erden findet man buchstäblich in Risika in der Villa Cima. Das Haus ist charmant und liebevoll eingerichtet und verfügt über alles, was man für einen komfortablen Urlaub benötigt. Die schöne Außenanlage ist großzügig angelegt und sehr gepflegt, der beheizte Außenpool war bei unserem Aufenthalt im April bereits nutzbar. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und man sieht, dass die Besitzer viel Arbeit und Mühe investieren um ihren Gästen einen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt zu bereiten. Neben der Ruhe und Ursprünglichkeit des Anwesens fasziniert besonders der traumhaft schöne Meerblick. Die Villa Cima liegt abgeschieden, ist jedoch mit dem Auto gut erreichbar. Ein Fußweg führt zum Privatstrand des Hauses, der den Gästen des Hauses uneingeschränkt zur Verfügung steht. Wer Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit sucht, um einen entspannten und relaxten Urlaub mit „Robinson-Flair“ zu verbringen, ist hier richtig.
