New Year's Eve offer for 5 relaxing days for 4-7 persons Rental price only 900,- €
The former fisherman's house for 2-7 persons is situated in a quiet location on the edge of a nature reserve in the middle of the Mecklenburg Lake District between Rheinsberg and Wesenberg. 4 persons can stay in the fisherman's house, an outbuilding (17 sqm) with a large terrace and a view of the lake offers room for another 2 persons.In the main season as well as in the Easter, Whitsun and autumn holidays, the fisherman's house and annexe are only let together. The price quoted refers to both buildings. If this is not sufficient, there is an additional separate bedroom (9 sqm) available.
In the fisherman's house (60 sqm) there is a kitchen, a living room with a sofa bed and a fireplace, a bedroom and the outbuilding has water but no sanitary facilities or kitchen.
In the outdoor area (2500 sqm) there is a bathing area with jetty and sunbathing lawn as well as a garden.garden furniture and deck chairs,barbecue and fire bowl as well as firewood belong to the equipment.

Location and surroundings of object
The property is situated on a quiet bathing and fishing lake and is an excellent starting point for cycling, hiking and canoeing tours as well as for relaxing. Rowing boats, electric motors with accessories, kayaks and bicycles can be rented on request.
the house is not suitable for parties and noisy activities, TV reception is not possible.
The Müritz National Park, Rheinsberg and Neustrelitz are popular excursion destinations, but Berlin can also be reached quickly by train from Fürstenberg. The friendly village of Wustrow is 0.5 km away and has several restaurants and a grocery shop with bakery.

| We rent weekly from Sunday to Sunday from the end of March to the beginning of November. In the low season, variations are possible on request. Over the turn of the year, the minimum duration is 5 days. The fisherman's house can be occupied by a maximum of 4 people. 2 additional outbuildings are then available for 5-7 people The surcharge for the annexe is 30,-E, in the high season, over New Year's Eve and in the Easter, Whitsun and autumn holidays only both buildings are rented together. The indicated price refers to both buildings. If required, an additional room with a double bed can be rented for 20,-E/day. Please note the minimum rental period, the arrival and departure days and the occupancy calendar when making your enquiry. The house is well suited for holidays with the (extended) family and with good friends.then an occupancy with up to 7 persons is according to experience no problem.with groups of individuals, e.g. fishing friends, max. 6 persons can be accommodated

Pure nature: hiking, cycling, fishing - relaxation and enjoyment in the great outdoors.
A quiet and beautifully located holiday home, which was once an old fisherman's house. It is nicely and comfortably furnished and for cooler days, you can use the heating fireplace, which bathes the house in pleasant warmth. The kitchen is well equipped for several people, and there is enough space for communal meals in the kitchen. However, when the weather is nice, it is important to move this to the terrace of the outbuilding to enjoy the view of the lake. The property with direct water access, the outbuilding, and the possibility to rent bicycles, rowboats, kayaks, and canoes leave nothing to be desired. There is also the option to rent an electric motor for the rowboat. We spent a very nice week here with our children, and even the rainy weather on two days couldn't spoil it. There is plenty of space so you can also vacation here with more than two children. Together with the outbuilding, there are enough sleeping options. The village of Wustrow is quickly reachable, whether by boat, bicycle, or on foot. There is a shop where you can buy everyday items. For more, you should drive to Wesenberg. In Wustrow itself, you can dine very well in the restaurants. The holiday home is also an ideal starting point for tours over and through the lake district. It was simply beautiful here. There are no televisions, which makes the holiday even more relaxing.
