Due to the ground-level room layout, the 4* North Sea holiday home "Villa Belair Schmidt" is barrier-free, particularly senior-friendly and suitable for people with mobility restrictions. The house is easily habitable with a rollator, please contact the landlord if you use a wheelchair. Allergy sufferers can also feel at home here, so unfortunately pets are not allowed.
The 4* North Sea holiday home "Villa Belair Schmidt" has a total living area of 72 m² and has free WLAN, there are roller shutters and fly screens on all windows; 2 bedrooms with double beds in comfort height (mattresses with hardness level of 3) each with a flat screen TV; 1 bathroom with window and extra wide level shower and shower stool; separate guest toilet with window; living room with leather sofa and large flat-screen TV as well as DVD player; a dining area as well as a very well-equipped separate kitchen with Tassimo coffee machine, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven, refrigerator, freezer, baby bottle warmer, hand blender...and, and, and

Our 4* holiday homes "Villa Belair Schmidt" and "Chalet Belair Schmidt" are located in the seaside resort of Dorum-Neufeld in an idyllic setting - midway between Cuxhaven and Bremerhaven - directly on the Wurster North Sea coast just a 5-minute walk from the dyke. A region characterised by natural forces and perfect nature. Enjoy your free time to relax.
In Dorum-Neufeld everything is within walking distance. In the immediate vicinity of the holiday home you will find a small grocery shop and various bakeries. Various restaurants with different food offers have something for every taste and hunger
The green beach, which directly adjoins the "Lower Saxony Wadden Sea National Park", offers bathing fun in the summer. There is an extra "dog beach" for four-legged friends to let off steam
A small indoor wellness pool invites you to bathe and pamper yourself at 28°C in bad weather. Right next to the open-air wave pool is the National Park House, where those interested in nature can find out about the Wadden Sea National Park. Guided mudflat walks are also offered.
For children of all ages, there is the large children's playhouse at the harbour. The lovely educators always provide a varied programme with many activities to join in.

Thank you for the excellent accommodation
We have been using Haus Bellair for several years now to spend our holidays on the North Sea coast. At least twice a year, and for several weeks at a time, we book with the Schmidt family. We have never experienced better service from them. No matter how small a query or problem we have, we get help immediately, especially from the caretaker of the house, Mrs Schlawiedt and her husband
As soon as we enter the holiday home, we are greeted by a very clean interior that really lacks nothing. Everything you need in a household has been thought of. We always feel "super comfortable" during our stay. The outdoor area also invites you to relax in very comfortable garden chairs, a large table and a parasol. Passers-by always risk a glance at the flowers. If the weather is not so nice, you can spend your time indoors. Games and other utensils can be used. We have already booked again for next year for 2 x for 4 weeks and are really looking forward to our holiday again. Thank you for everything!

Holiday at the North Sea-super idea!
The holiday home met our expectations perfectly! Even our daughter was able to move around freely with her walker. The furnishings leave nothing to be desired. The host family Schmidt happened to be there and took care of us touchingly. We can recommend this house without reservation!

Traumhafte Ferienunterkunft
Liebe Familie Schmidt,
ankommen und wohlfühlen ist die klar erkennbare Devise der Villa Belair.
Man merkt sofort, die Hausherren verweilen auch gerne selber hier, denn es fehlt an nichts.
Ich war schon in vielen Ferienwohnungen mit meinen 52 Jahren, aber hier wurde ich wirklich überrascht.
Fangen wir bei der Außenanlage an. PKW-Stellplatz am Grundstück, keine Frage.
Gemütliche Terrasse zum Verweilen, 1 Bollerwagen für das Strandgepäck, alles da.
Der Eingangsbereich begrüßt die Gastfamilien mit einem herrlichen Rosen-Lavendel-Beet. Einfach toll.
Nach dem Öffnen der Haustür sieht man auch hier die Detailverliebtheit der Eigentümer.
Dies fängt schon beim Anhänger des Strandkorbschlüssels an und endet in einer Küche, die mehr Geschirr aufweist, als mancher sein Eigen nennt.
Hier heißt es nicht, jeden Abend schnell die Spülmaschine laufen lassen, damit am nächsten Tag wieder saubere Tassen auf dem Tisch stehen. Super.
Die Einrichtung des Hauses ist sehr hochwertig, Handtücher und Bettwäsche passen selbstverständlich zur restliche Einrichtung.
Auch an passender Dekoration fehlt es nicht.
Ich wünsche Ihnen weiterhin viel Erfolg mit der Vermietung Ihres Hauses und werde im nächsten Jahr wieder versuchen in dieser hübschen Unterkunft zu „ENTSCHLEUNIGEN“.

Wunderschönes Haus - sehr empfehlenswert !
Vielen Dank dafür, dass wir in Ihrem wunderschönen Haus Urlauben durften.
Das war mit Abstand das beste Ferienhaus das wir je gebucht hatten.
Alles war perfekt. Nichts fehlte. Sehr geschmackvoll und modern eingerichtet.
Hier wurde auf jedes Detail geachtet und alles sehr annehmlich für den Gast gemacht.
Wir empfehlen dieses Haus gerne weiter und kommen bestimmt wieder.

Herzlich Willkommen
Super Ausstattung es fehlt an nichts, man fühlt sich wohl.
Die Einrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll.
Mein persönliches Highlight ist die Dusche, schön groß.
Positiv ist auch das Rollos vor den Terassentüren angebracht worden sind so sitzt man nicht auf dem Präsentietteller, sehr angenehm.
Fazit: Urlaub nehmen, Haus buchen, ankommen, sich wohlfühlen und genießen.

Kurzurlaub mit Enkelin

Super Villa Belair Schmidt
Perfektes Haus - besser geht nicht!
Wir waren über Silvester in diesem perfekten Haus. Alles ist da. Sogar ein Raclette und Fondue. Man muss nichts mitnehmen auch Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind vorhanden.
Das Haus ist ganz neu und sehr hochwertig und harmonisch eingerichtet. Richtig wohlig warm war es durch die Fußbodenheizung. Die ebenerdige Dusche ist richtig schön groß. Da hat man locker zu zweit darin Platz. Auch bei der Ausstattung der Küche haben die Eigentümer an alles gedacht.
