Description
Our beautiful, generously equipped holiday home has 2 bedrooms, a living room with integrated kitchen and a bathroom with shower, WC and underfloor heating. The house is very lovingly furnished and offers space for up to 4 people on a living area of approx. 80 sqm. In the bedroom there is a double bed 2x2 m and a large wardrobe. The children's bedroom is equipped with a double bed 2x2m and a wardrobe, 2 children's travel beds are available and can be added. The living room has a two- and a three-seater sofa, a dining table for 6 persons and a digital satellite TV system. The modern kitchenette is fully equipped, from a coffee machine to a baking dish. A fridge with freezer compartment, electric cooker with oven, microwave, toaster and a dishwasher are also installed/present. From the living room you have direct access through a balcony door to the 24 sqm terrace, which is located in a sunny position and invites you to relax. A barbecue is available for use on nice, balmy summer evenings. Parking spaces are available on the property. The natural beach is only about 250m away. Many other worthwhile excursion destinations are within easy reach (e.g. the flintstone fields in Neu Mukran, the old port of Sassnitz, the towns of Binz and Sellin, the Störtebecker Festival). 4 bicycles (1 men's bicycle, 1 ladies' bicycle and 2 children's bicycles) are available for free use. Please bring your own personal protective equipment for cycling!
You also have to bring your own bed linen and towels!

Our holiday home is located in a small, quiet holiday home settlement between Sassnitz and Binz, in a natural wooded area. Today, the traditional seaside resort of Sassnitz is mainly characterised by its port operations and is known for its ferry connections to Scandinavia and Lithuania. The Sassnitz fishing harbour with its pier is a popular destination for watching the Baltic ferries and fishing boats. The charming surroundings, the spa architecture of the old town, the special flair of the Sassnitz town harbour and the nearby beaches make Sassnitz an ideal place to relax. Sassnitz offers its guests a wide range of leisure activities, for example walks along the beach or to the nearby flintstone fields, fishing, sailing, swimming, play and leisure centres, horse riding, bowling centres, fitness studios, excursion boat trips, fishing and harbour museums, a museum of underwater archaeology, a zoo and a leisure centre. Neu Mukran with its district of Staphel lies between Binz and Sassnitz. Both places can be reached within 10 minutes by car. The Baltic Sea beach is a 10-15 minute walk away. Staphel is characterised by a wooded landscape with individual private houses, gardens and a hotel. The Wostevitz pond is within walking distance.

Einfach Klasse
Wir verbrachten einen Teil der Osterferien in diesem tollen Ferienhaus. Die geschmackvolle Einrichtung lädt zum Verweilen ein. Das Haus bietet genügend Platz, so dass sich die Kinder auch bei schlechtem Wetter frei entfalten konnten. Die Betreuung vor Ort ist spitzenmäßig.
Durch die gute Lage ließ sich der Strand zu Fuß und die Ausflugsziele (Binz, Kap Arkona, Baumwipfelpfad, Hafen Sassnitz) mit dem Auto unkompliziert erreichen.
Das Ferienhaus können wir uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist top, was leider auf Rügen nicht immer der Fall ist!

Traumhaft
Wir haben hier unseren Urlaub als vierköpfige Familie verbracht.
Das Ferienhaus ist modern, wunderschön, großzügig geschnitten und mit allem ausgestattet, was man als Familie für einen entspannten Urlaub benötigt. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Wir haben uns hier rundum wohl gefühlt.
Der Strand ist zu Fuß erreichbar. Aber auch alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind mit dem Auto oder den Fahrrädern in kurzer Zeit erreichbar. Was uns besonders gut gefallen hat, dass wir nach den in den Sommerferien doch stark überlaufenen Attraktionen, in diesem idyllisch gelegenen Haus entspannen konnten.
Wir waren sehr traurig, als wir nach einer Woche wieder die Heimreise antreten mussten. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder und dann auf jeden Fall für 2 oder 3 Wochen.
