In our cosy and exclusively furnished holiday flat, an ambience of a special kind awaits you. You will find a spacious, well-engineered living concept with decorative and upscale furnishings.
Your holiday home consists of a large, tiled living/dining area with integrated kitchenette, two bedrooms and a bathroom with shower and toilet. The total living space is approx. 65 sqm.
The living room has a satellite TV and a radio with iPod docking system.
In addition, there is the possibility of free internet use (WLAN).
The fully equipped kitchen has a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, electric cooker with ceramic hob and oven and dishwasher.
In one of the bedrooms there is a futon double bed, in the second bedroom there are two single beds. Bed linen can be provided on request for a small extra charge.
The flat is located on the upper floor and has a large balcony with a table, chairs, a lounger and a parasol.
From here you can enjoy a wonderful view of a small lake.
You can park your bicycles in a shed. There is a parking space in front of the shed.

Your holiday home is centrally and quietly located.
You can reach the centre via a side street with little traffic. There you will find numerous restaurants, cafés and shopping facilities (bakery).
The harbour with the ferry pier to the islands of Norderney and Juist as well as the railway station are approx. 400 m away
The beach, the open-air swimming pool and a kite and play area as well as the Haus des Gastes, the spa clinic and the spa park are only a few minutes' walk away. From there you can also quickly reach the Ocean-Wave adventure pool, the newly designed wave park with seal breeding station, the adventure playground, maze, mini golf course and the children's playhouse.
Norden-Norddeich is a state-recognised North Sea spa and developed from a fishing village into a popular coastal bathing resort. In recent years, a generously designed spa complex, the spa clinic, the therapy centre, the dyke promenade, the Haus des Gastes, the Seekurgarten, an adventure pool and the Wellenpark have been built.

Norddeich offers many possibilities for an active holiday:
A special attraction is the Ocean Wave adventure pool. On more than 2000 sqm you can experience pure bathing fun and an extensive wellness programme.
Other leisure activities: Swimming in the lido, surfing, sailing, tennis, horse riding, golf, mini golf, hiking, cycling.
For those who like to be out in nature, East Frisia offers a well-organised "nature experience with paddle and pedal". A corresponding station is located at Norder Hafen
Many guided tours and bicycle tours are offered in Norddeich and around Norden.
A visit to the nearby Lütetsburg Castle Park is also worthwhile.
In addition to day trips to the East Frisian islands, a mini-cruise at sea and to the seal banks as well as a trip to the picturesque fishing village of Greetsiel are also an experience.
A trip on the museum railway is also great fun.
