Description
Our holiday home with 130 sqm living space on a 1200 sqm property is equipped to a high standard. On the ground floor you will find the country house kitchen with upscale equipment such as dishwasher, microwave, oven, cooker as well as dinnerware for 12 people. From the large dining table you can enjoy the wonderful view over the garden and fields through the large panoramic windows. Preparing meals together is really fun here, so that even hobby cooks get their money's worth.
The cosy, bright living area with seating area and wood-burning stove is adjacent. Flat screen TV and music system are of course available. A comprehensive collection of books will keep you entertained should the weather not play along. In the upper part of the holiday home is the gallery with another comfortable seating area and another flat screen TV. On the upper floor you will also find the 3 spacious, comfortably furnished bedrooms with 2 double and 2 single beds. All bedrooms are equipped with a CD player. A cot as well as a further sleeping possibility can be made available to families on request. Bed linen and towels are of course included in the rental price.
WLAN is provided free of charge.
Our 3 spacious bedrooms with 2 double and 2 single beds promise a restful night's sleep and relaxation from everyday life thanks to peace as well as comfortable mattresses and are equipped with blackout blinds.
The two first-class equipped spacious bathrooms (1 x rain shower) invite you to relax and unwind. They are located on the ground and upper floor. The shower tubs are flush with the floor. A hairdryer is available in both bathrooms. Hand and shower towels are included. Washing machine and dryer are also available.
The house has underfloor heating in the kitchen and living area.
The beautiful garden with seating area and large playground complete the harmonious picture of our holiday home. A large charcoal grill is available.
To make your Baltic Sea holiday perfect, a cosy beach chair is available in our garden from spring to autumn. Here you can relax sheltered from the wind while your children can let off steam on the playground. The location towards the fields offers safety from road traffic.
Furthermore, there is a storage room in the annex where you can store your bicycles, toys or sports equipment. There is plenty of parking space on the property.

Enjoy the unspoilt natural and coastal landscape of Angeln, the fascinating beauty of the Geltinger Bay, the open Baltic Sea, the wild multi-faceted flora and fauna, the beautiful Schlei region. No mass tourism.
Relax in the fresh healthy air while cycling, walking or swimming. Discover the Geltinger Birk with its free-roaming wild horses (Koniks) and shaggy Highland cattle on foot or by bike. Discover the beautiful Schlei region around our holiday home. Take a wonderful bike ride past the golden rape fields or visit the villages and towns in the surrounding area that are worth seeing, such as Arnis, Germany's smallest town, stroll through Flensburg or explore Eckernförde. Put in a day of romance - visit the moated castle in Glücksburg. Or travel back in time to the Viking village of Haithabu.
Kappeln is the most famous place here, made famous by the ZDF series "Der Landarzt". Take a boat trip from here to Schleswig, the fishing village of Maasholm or Schleimünde.
Even the beaches are varied. Sand, gravel and steep coasts. There are specially designated sections for dogs. For us, the most beautiful stretches of beach are in Pottloch and Falshöft. A walk along the beach from Pottloch to Maasholm past Gut Oehe is also wonderful. The Baltic resort of Damp also offers a variety of water sports.
Our centrally yet quietly located holiday home is situated between Kappeln (6 km) and Gelting (3 km), so that the shops for daily needs are in the immediate vicinity. Our bakery with delicious pastries and bread rolls can be reached wonderfully by bike along the fields. A pharmacy, savings bank, petrol station, post office, butcher's shop and Lidl supermarket can be found directly in Gelting. Of course, you can also buy fresh fish here. Kappeln has a beautiful town centre; there are wonderful little shops that are worth a visit. Many shops in Kappeln's city centre are open on Sundays. When shopping in Kappeln, be sure to stop at one of the small (fish) restaurants and cafés on the harbour promenade.
Every last Sunday of the month, the fish market takes place at the harbour in Kappeln. It begins at the new Schleibrücke bridge and ends in the fishing harbour. Numerous exhibitors offer their wares for sale here. Whether fresh fish straight from the cutter, fresh baked goods, vegetables, plants, leather goods, souvenirs or fair novelties for washing, cooking or cleaning (almost) everything is available at the Kappeln fish market. From June to September there is also a flea market on the Deekelsen square. Rabenholz is a small village between Gelting (3 km) and Kappeln (6 km) and is located in Angeln on the Flensburg Fjord.
in 1462, the village was first mentioned as Rauenholt, synonymous with Rabengehölz, and belonged to the Priesholz estate. The community has about 300 inhabitants and is predominantly agricultural.

beautiful house with top equipment
The equipment of the house is really top. Just like at home. Super clean and very beautiful. The outside area is also very well maintained and beautiful. With 3 dogs, we were also in good hands. We will come back again. Hopefully
