Description
The holiday flat is located on the ground floor of a Mediterranean-style villa completed in 2009. There are a total of 4 flats in the house. The flat has been rented out as a holiday flat since April 2009. The 63 sqm 3-room flat with a 20 sqm south-west terrace offers space for up to FOUR people. Since use as a holiday flat, all rooms have been overhauled in terms of painting. We strive to keep the flat in excellent condition.
The kitchen is fully equipped, whether ceramic hob, microwave with grill function, oven, dishwasher and crockery and pots. Everything is there.
Board games (cards, Yahtzee, UNO etc. available) offer distraction when the weather is not so nice.
The beach is 500 m away through the dune forest. The flat is located in a side street to the busy Promenadenstraße.
In the shed belonging to the flat you will find a barbecue, handcart and terrace furniture. You can also store ferry bikes here.
The parking space is directly in front of the house.

The holiday flat is located on the south-west side of a Mediterranean-style villa completed in 2009.
The property is located together with 5 identical villas in a side street to Karlshagen's Promenadenstraße, on the grounds of the "Alte Schule".
The modern Baltic seaside resort of Karlshagen is located in the north of the beautiful and sunny island of Usedom. In addition to the wide and fine sandy beaches, the north of the island still has plenty of closeness to nature and space for itself.
Even outside the beach season, the museums in the north of the island or nature offer time for relaxation and recreation
The Hanseatic cities of Greifswald and Stralsund can be reached after a maximum of 1 and 1.5 hours' drive respectively and are always worth a visit
In the village itself you will find everything you need for your holiday - train station, bicycle rental, restaurants, supermarkets, drugstore.
There is also a doctor and a pharmacy in the village.
