The apartment has two large windows through which, from the kitchen and living room, you can look at the surrounding landscape: the effect is impressive. Bed-places are 4+3: there is a large bedroom with kingsize bed, one with 2 twin beds and a sofa bed in the living room. Here we find an open fireplace and satellite TV. Each room has air conditioning. Outside there is a large terrace with barbecue, where you could spend relaxing days and nights. Large private garden surrounded by olive trees. Downstairs there is another apartment (Nonno Meo) with separate entrance.

In town there are 2 good restaurants, a pharmacy, minimarkets and some Bus service to main cities. Main distances: Florence 2 hours, siena 1 hour, Pisa 2 hours, Grosseto 30 minutes, Rome 2
