Holiday apartments and houses in Traunviertel

My desire to be offline for a few days, in a quiet beautiful environment, in the middle of nature, has been fulfilled in the "little house on the hill". Although the holiday home is equipped for several people, I felt very safe and comfortable alone as well.

Due to the unusually cold outside temperatures, my landlord had already heated up the tiled stove before my arrival. So I was welcomed with cozy warmth, cleanliness in every room and cosiness. Despite rainy weather and no car, the immediate surroundings offered me enough opportunities for walking for several hours every day.

For all those who want to slow down and become quieter for a few days to enjoy simplicity, this is an ideal and very beautiful place. I'd love to come back.

Large house with good amenities. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. Nice small park. Quiet, therefore. Good opportunities for activities in the area. Good supermarket within walking distance. Staff that is very helpful. Possibility to obtain fresh rolls via the reception that taste really good.

We had a great time during a week at Feriendorf in Schlierbach. A truly typically furnished Austrian chalet with private bathrooms for each bedroom. The garden was nicely sheltered and private. A nice garden set and two sun loungers and a large umbrella were at our disposal. We had very good weather, 30 degrees with sun, so we also made good use of the swimming pool, just big and deep enough to cool off, swim a few laps, or do cannonballs with the kids. The holiday village also offered a sandwich service, to place the order by 7 PM and pick up fresh bread at the reception the next morning. From the chalet, you can easily walk into the village, and there is also a sports field and a panna cage nearby. We definitely found this accommodation a recommendation!
