The takeover of the house with 4 people went smoothly, aside from the tricky door safe. Upon our arrival in June 2026, we found the house with almost all cabinets occupied (belongings likely from the owner). The cabinets that were not to be touched by us were "sealed" with tape. The floor was only partially cleaned, the windows dirty, and the bathroom not clean. It didn't help either that a flower vase with daisies etc. was placed on the terrace table. The furniture urgently needs renewal, including the terrace chair, which is already rusted through. The walls in the house are rather thin, which did not absorb snoring noises. The curtains were not sufficient to darken the rooms. The only thing in favor of the house is the location, the many seating options in the outdoor area, and the many entrances to the house. A small gem is the little wooden house, which also belongs to the property and can be used for sleeping. On the very first day, we sent an email to Mr./Ms. Abhishek from Minstuga Stugsommar, who responded quickly and requested photos of the deficiencies. I sent them to him as soon as possible. From then on, no one has contacted us or come by, although the owner apparently lives in the area. We left the whole thing as we found it. Too bad... one could make so much more out of it. Overall, we were disappointed for this price and would not recommend it at all.
