We really enjoyed our stay, The apartment was cozy and well-furnished, The living room with the fireplace was a nice addition after a long day of exploring, We just wished we could have spent more time in the garden!

Stairs not passable. Too steep. A burden with suitcases. Apartment allocation not recognizable. Key handover, lack of communication + poor and incorrect AI statement. 4 hours total with wrong office address. Not reachable by phone. Participant's poor, barely understandable English. 1.5 km then on foot to the key handover. Time 21.10. Nice employee with all information for the accommodation. Data was recorded and tourist tax paid. Accommodation very unclean, cobwebs, uncleaned floors, no prior final cleaning done. Guest WC sink without water for hand washing. Bathroom shower without hot water. Bathtub damaged. Sink wobbly fixture. Living room sofa very stained. Furniture defective or worn out. Kitchen. Dishwasher only the shell without dish rack. Kitchen outdated. Refrigerator unclean. Windows in the apartment difficult to open, missing window handles. No ventilation at summer temperatures of 32 degrees. The garbage collection came loudly in the early morning hours. Location is in the historic old town. Everything is within walking distance. Good gastronomy on site.

The accommodation is located in a lively student district, which provides a certain noise level. The bathroom has a very small sink, but the apartment is functional and in a great location. The small kitchen is sufficient for simple meals.
