We had a pleasant stay in the house. The house and location are fantastic. Spacious, big house and lots of tranquility. However, we had a bit of issues with the bed and bath linen. We informed the host immediately that the linen was not smelling fresh, and that there was a scent of dogs in the house and the linen. The host told us this was impossible, although we found several proofs in the house (toys, damage from dogs). My wife washed and dried all of the towels again, even though we paid for it. Cleaning was for 85% ok, but there were some parts that could have been cleaned a bit more, but it might be our standards. Unfortunately, we informed the host about this, and no compensation or apologies were offered. But nevertheless, we would certainly go back, but this time without paying for towels and linen.
