Very good

The accommodation pleased us. It is located on the edge of the old town, so the hustle and bustle there can be heard for a while in the evening, but it does not disturb at all. Smaller supermarkets are nearby. Aldi is also easily reachable on foot (about 15 minutes with an incline). The bus to Albufeira train station departs very close by. The view from the balcony of the sea, beach, and old town is simply great, and we enjoyed it every day. The pool with different floor heights has a pleasant size that is also well-suited for swimming. Communication with the landlord is impeccable. We felt very comfortable and missed nothing.

Luxurious Villa with Private Swimming Pool

Albufeira

The villa overall was great, beautiful. It's was grand in appearance and the pool was clean, big and comfortable.

Regular maintenance from the owner and team who lived right next door.

The reason i didn't mark as Fantastic is that it needs some updating.

All of the beds were varying degrees of uncomfortable with one of the rooms upstairs, the twin, specifically giving the occupants bad backs.

Most worrying though. ALL of the windows and doors have simple ring turn locks. Meaning simply smashing one small pane of glass, quite easy for an intruder to keep quiet, would give them access to the whole villa. Unless you want to close approximately a dozen shutters every night, then reopen all of the same every morning, it didn't feel secure.

However we didn't have any issues with that but i always felt 'on guard' at night and couldn't relax.

Attractive apartment in Albufeira with sea...

Albufeira

Noticed the washing machine right away, which made things super convenient. For the price we paid, I think this place offers excellent value with a nice pool and good access to beaches.
