Dream house in a dream location with great amenities and good service!

Everything is actually perfect here!
In reality, the house is even better than it appears in the pictures. A truly dreamlike location - floor-to-ceiling windows from the kitchen to the living room with a stunning view of the Cham valley!
The house has two levels - on the upper level is the living area with a well-equipped kitchen and a very nice living room with a fireplace. Underfloor heating everywhere - also 2 terraces - all with sun exposure. In the basement is the wellness area with fitness equipment, sauna, and whirlpool - again with a dreamlike view down into the valley. Here, one can really relax!

Recommendation for visiting Regensburg.

Nice, simple but complete apartment, beautifully located within walking distance of the historic center. There are also good opportunities for walking in nature in the immediate vicinity. Garage for a car, which you don't need here because everything is within walking distance. Very friendly landlords. We spent a few wonderful days here and enjoyed Regensburg.
