Just booked a cottage for 12 people with an extra large jacuzzi. Then I arrive at the park to get the key and I was told nothing that the jacuzzi does not work (what they did know). Moments later it appears that the jacuzzi is not working. I then went back to the park and only then told me that we could use the neighbors' (for 5 people). 2 days later I receive a phone call saying that the water from the neighbors' jacuzzi is very green, which is not the case, but a 72-euro deposit will be charged. .
