The house is ideal for a group of 10 people. Each of the 5 bedrooms has its own bathroom, although the bathrooms in the double rooms are relatively small and offer hardly any storage options. A shelf or bathroom cabinet would be helpful here. In the living room, which is not shown in the pictures, there are only seating options on chairs or benches, but no sofa to lie down on. The kitchen is well-equipped, however, the number of small spoons is limited. The covered seating area outside is very nice. A Weber charcoal grill with a chimney completes the whole setup. The outdoor lighting could be a bit brighter. The cleanliness was a negative point. There was dirt in the corners everywhere, and the swept-up debris from the last cleaning was still behind a door. Unfortunately, there is no vacuum cleaner in the house. There were occasional silverfish in the kitchen, and the kitchen drawers were dirty. The missing exterior shutters also stood out negatively to us. The bedrooms were exposed to the sun all day at high temperatures, which led to an uncomfortable warmth in the rooms in the evening. Additionally, there was no storage room for our e-bikes. At this price, I would have actually expected these things. Furthermore, the view in the photos is not accurate; you look directly at a house that is about 10-15 meters away. The location is somewhat outside of Hopfgarten (2-3 km). Bakeries, supermarkets, and restaurants are quickly and easily accessible.

A true Austrian farm experience! The furnishings were charming and authentic, and the large living room was ideal for family gatherings. The heating worked well and kept us warm on the cold evenings.
