We had a mixed experience, the location was nice, but the house felt a bit worn out, the mattresses could use an upgrade and the heating was inconsistent, still the friendly atmosphere and the proximity to the beach made up for a lot.

Wonderful location! Just a few minutes to Spiaggia di Costa Rei, which is breathtaking. We had a lot of fun exploring nearby attractions like Lido Tamatete and enjoyed the local cuisine at Ristorante Sa Tankitta. The house was cozy and provided a perfect base for our adventures.

Everything looks like organized scam. The accommodation does not match the contract documents, the equipment is significantly worse, and instead of the good location with a 4-minute walk to the beach, it is now a 20-minute walk from the mountains. The stove does not work, and the missing lighter is repeatedly promised immediately, but nothing happens. They are very quick and unpleasantly effusive with words here, but there are no facts at all. The system works as follows: Order through Casamundo.de with indication of the location on Google Maps, well done. The pictures are of course sample images and provide a good insight into the facility and the equipment. However, Casamundo hands over the handling of the trip to the company Belvilla with a German contact number in Stuhr. However, this is just a fake because the whole thing is operated by the Indian company Oyo and you are immediately redirected to the Indian call center. These people are, first of all, hardly understandable, always want to pass everything on to their superior, and regularly feign connection difficulties. In the end, nothing happens at all. Another 0800 help number from Belville refers to the charlatans on-site at a rapid pace of the automated message, which can only be tracked with a recording. But with these people, you definitely won't get anywhere. To further complicate the traceability, the booking confirmation comes from another company, leasure.eu. This company, as well as Casamundo and Belvilla, do not respond at all to inquiries and make the request more difficult through contact forms and predefined question areas. On-site in Sardinia, the company A&V booking takes over with further subcontracting, and these people do not even let you speak. The scheme is: The administrator's address and the property address are "coincidentally" the same, only the provided GPS data of the property matches. This would of course be a mistake, they say on-site, and the GPS data would thus also be incorrect. Therefore, only the city would be fixed, and the intermediaries on-site can choose the property themselves. A binding commitment to the booking and the specified location and amenities would thus not be binding. A conversation with the administration is impossible because one is immediately and endlessly drowned out and talked to death in the usual Italian manner. Nothing can be achieved with sense, understanding, plausibility, and logic. I am already considering offering something like this to RTL Abzocke. As long as Casamundo has such a business model with Belvilla and Oyo, I can only advise staying away from it and booking differently if possible.
