Very pleasant stay! The mobile home was nicely furnished and had all the amenities we could wish for. The open kitchen was a plus to cook meals with the family. You can't beat the location close to the national park!

We had a fantastic stay in a modern chalet in Otterlo! The location is ideal for exploring the breathtaking Hoge Veluwe National Park, which is just a stone's throw away. Our chalet was light and spacious, with large windows that let in plenty of natural light. The kitchen was well-equipped, making meal preparation easy. We really enjoyed sitting on the terrace with a cup of coffee in the morning. The communal pool was also a nice addition, especially on warm days. Overall, a relaxing getaway!

The house was not properly clean. Sand on the couch. Dirt under the mattresses. We had to clean the bathroom ourselves again. We had to wash the dishes again. The bathroom lock is broken. We informed the reception, and the next day a technician came who told us that he needed to order the replacement part and it would be delivered on Monday or Tuesday. We would receive a call from the reception regarding the installation. Nothing happened until our departure. The lock was only temporarily repaired. The area is nice, but the accommodation needs renovation and the cleaning is poorly done. Otherwise, the reception staff are very nice and helpful.
