Attached holiday village & activities house with foosball, table tennis, large TV and playroom for rainy days, toilets, laundry room, waste disposal, and gate for bikes brought along, playground with soccer goals, large pool (approximately hip-deep for adults), toddler pool (approximately 20 cm deep), basketball hoops, and plenty of tables and benches. For children, there are balls and many (!) different vehicles (go-karts, etc.) available for playing. The house is far enough from the communal area to enjoy peace but close enough to keep an eye on children if needed (the other houses are more secluded). The house itself has a good room layout with small bedrooms but a comfortable large living/dining/kitchen area. The bathroom is also a good size.

the size of the house, the pool area, the very well-equipped kitchen, and the various play options for young and old. The exceptions were the very dilapidated sandbox and the extremely unstable climbing and swing frame for children (you had to hold onto it when one or even two children were playing or swinging on it). However, I pointed this out to the DanCenter employee during the handover and settlement of the operating costs and showed it to him as well.

Functional clean and well-maintained furnishings, everything worked, sufficient cooking and kitchen equipment, toilets and showers in perfect condition, sufficient seating in living and dining rooms.
