All in all, we felt very comfortable. Here are a few "suggestions for improvement" (absolutely no criticism towards the property management; you were great!): Aside from the broken couch in the living room and the broken window in the kitchen, there are small things missing in the apartment that the landlord could address to make a big difference regarding comfort (salt, pepper, sugar, an additional medium-sized cooking pot, a proper dish brush, dish soap, more hooks for towels in the bathroom). Furthermore, the apartment should definitely not be rented out for 6 people. In the bedroom with the single beds, the TV should be mounted on the other window side so that opening the window is not so cumbersome. In the kitchen, there should be an outlet to the right of or behind the sink, as the coffee machine cannot be properly filled under the slanted side. In the bedroom with the double bed, a doorstop would be advisable so that the door doesn't always hit the wardrobe (alternatively, a narrower wardrobe would also suffice). The towel package is a bit sparse; there should definitely be a bath towel included.

Very nice location. Whether inside or outside, everything is well-maintained. It was also pleasant with the dog because the spa park is right across. At the entrance of the spa park, there were also bags for the dog.

A bit more cutlery would be good, so that it makes sense to turn on the dishwasher. We missed a spatula and a baking dish. The parking spaces behind the house are hardly usable for larger cars and vans; driving in and maneuvering is very difficult. Perhaps one could take half a meter away from the garden to make the parking spaces wider. That would certainly be an improvement, as there is a risk of damaging the car or getting dents from other cars.
