Holiday home Waldsee on Lake Nageler.

We have been coming to Nagel for many years, the houses here are not very good, but good. Price/performance ratio has almost always been right, but at the moment the quality is declining significantly. The box for the belt tensioner for the shutters on the patio door is broken, and the belt no longer tightens by itself because it is frayed. The seat of a chair on the patio has broken, despite supposedly being new patio furniture.
The carpet in the master bedroom is really unattractive in the area by the window, and the entire carpet is very old. There is a green film on the floor and railing on the patio that looks disgusting and is also dangerous when the patio is wet because it is slippery.
The Wi-Fi in the house is terrible, we only had our internet radio playing and it keeps cutting out, so forget about trying to do anything quickly for work on the internet. The light above the stove is almost hanging down and completely greased because no one dares to touch it anymore.
All of these issues have been repeatedly reported by us, but nothing is being done.
There are photos as evidence for all of the issues.
The area is fantastic and perfect for a relaxing vacation.
Without all these problems, the house would be completely fine.
The property manager on site is very nice and competent; it's finally time for the owner to take action.

The idyllic holiday village with the small houses is very quietly situated at the small bathing lake. The house is small but cosy and can easily accommodate 4 people. With small children, it can also accommodate 5. There is a small playground by the lake that our children always used. The surrounding area invites you for nice walks.
The kitchen and bathroom are newly renovated. The exit from the terrace to the barbecue is excellent (before you had to go around the house)

This is the 4th time I have stayed in this house, twice in summer and twice in winter with and without children.
I always like it. The house, the area. You go to the bakery early, have breakfast on the terrace, then spend the day at the lake or in the forest. The area offers a lot to see. We went to the Luisenburg theatre, went porcelain shopping in the various outlets, paddled on the lake, went on lovely hiking trips.
In winter we went cross-country skiing, and the children snowboarded or downhill skied. Once we were lucky enough to have the lake frozen over. But also just walking in the snow-covered forest is nice
The house is in a very good condition and nicely furnished. In winter it is more expensive, because you have to pay extra for the electricity for the heating.
But then you are welcomed with pleasant warmth in a cosy wooden house.
I can only recommend it. With children, but also without children, just to relax and unwind.
