Description

Welcome to the "Seewiese" holiday home in Nagel am See. The idyllic roof-only house is situated in a small holiday home settlement in the first row with direct view and access to the Nagler See.
The cosy holiday home (86 sqm) offers space for 4 people on two floors.
In the large and cosy living room there is a new and beautiful couch set. From the couch you have a beautiful view of the cosy fireplace and the flat screen TV.
The dining area has been redesigned and the large table can easily seat 7-8 people.
From the living room you have direct access to the large balcony, which is equipped with garden furniture and invites you to linger with a view of Lake Nagl.
On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower and toilet.
On the upper floor there is a larger bedroom with a large double bed and a smaller room with two single beds. In both rooms a cot can be added.
The house is a non-smoking house. Pets are allowed
There is free Wi-Fi in the house.

Those who love nature and tranquillity will get their money's worth in the resort of Nagel.
The pleasant, beneficial low mountain range climate at an altitude of 650 m above sea level and the wooded surroundings with numerous marked hiking trails through the enchantingly beautiful biotope-rich landscape invite our guests to rest and relax. A special attraction is the Nagel Lake. In summer, the natural lake with sunbathing lawns, Kneipp facility and water adventure area for children invites you to swim. In winter, the lake offers opportunities for ice skating and curling
Nagel is also Bavaria's herb village: there is a herb garden by the lake and another part of the herb garden about 500m from the lake. Herb walks are offered regularly, during which you can explore the world of wild herbs.
The Luisenburg with its festival and the Luisenburg rock labyrinth are in the further vicinity. From Bischoffsgrün you can easily take the cable car up to the Ochsenkopf in winter, where you can go skiing. At the valley station there is a summer toboggan run and a climbing garden

Everything you need for a relaxing holiday....

We have been coming to this holiday home for several years now and it is always pure relaxation for us. The great location with a direct view of the lake is simply indescribable. The house has everything you need. The only thing that takes some getting used to is the Wi-Fi, which requires a new login every day.
