Welcome to the holiday home "Annette" Seeblick 40, in the herb village Nagel, by the lake!
The roof-only house offers space for up to 5 people on two floors, approx. 70 m² living space, large cosy living room in light country house style with dining area and wood-burning stove, satellite TV, video, kitchen, new shower-bath with WC, one bedroom with double bed and extra bed, one bedroom with two single beds, large balcony with direct view of the lake, which is only approx. 150 m away, as the house is in the first row of the settlement.

No fuel is provided for the wood-burning stove.

Pleasant, beneficial low mountain range climate and the wooded surroundings with numerous marked hiking trails, through an enchantingly beautiful landscape, land for recreation and relaxation. Nagel has been a nature and herb village since 2013. The newly created fragrance and butterfly garden is only about 100 m away from the holiday home. Within a few minutes' walk, you will find an EDEKA shop with its own bakery, pharmacy, doctor and banks in the centre of the village.

The Nagel Lake is a special attraction. In summer, the natural lake with sunbathing lawns, pub facilities and water adventure area for children invites you to swim. In winter, the lake offers the opportunity for ice skating or curling. The favourable altitude of Nagel and the surrounding area offers excellent winter sports opportunities, such as tobogganing or cross-country skiing. You will also find numerous ski lifts in the immediate vicinity. A holiday in Nagel is a very special experience at any time of year. Short vacation at House Annette
A good acceptable HOUSE, everything you need is there. The parents' bed is not the newest but you sleep very well. Suitable for 4 people (2 adults and 2 children). The only downside is the high electricity price for heating, but there is a fireplace available that can be used for supplementary heating. All in all, a good accommodation for those who want to be by themselves.
