Vacation with limitations

After our perfect vacation in 2023, we naturally wanted to go back to the Stimac family in 2024. Unfortunately, the vacation apartment at the top was already booked, so we opted for the very large vacation apartment at the back with its own entrance. The apartment was, like the one upstairs, fully equipped and left nothing to be desired. The terrace was large and had plenty of space to relax. So very good conditions for a great vacation. Now, I come exactly to that. Unfortunately, I must address Achim Q. agree from Leipzig. Right in front of the terrace and the bedroom, large new holiday complexes are being built, which are worked on from Monday to Sunday starting at 7:45 AM. Therefore, sleeping in was out of the question. The wonderful view from the terrace of the Adriatic down to the bay was unfortunately, in contrast to 2023, already blocked, and after a week of construction noise and exhaust fumes from running construction vehicles, nerves were frayed. We then left earlier. The Stimac family certainly cannot be blamed for these unfortunate circumstances, and I can imagine that they are just as upset as we holidaymakers, but I would have liked to be informed about this situation in advance. Then we could have reconsidered our decision.

We had a very nice vacation and were able to relax very well. The house was very clean and furnished with attention to detail. The hosts were particularly warm and always available, we would come back anytime!!!!!

Every time again, top house!

If you are looking for peace and quiet, this is the place for you. With 6 people and a small dog, we spent two weeks in a super, well-kept and comfortably equipped house.
Excellent on-site support and quick response to queries
The location of the house makes it easy to reach for excursions. We liked Pula, Rovinj, Porec and Rijeka very much. The small beach Plomin Luka is also within easy reach and invites you to sunbathe.
We used the terrace, pool and whirlpool as well as the outdoor kitchen with barbecue intensively ?
We can absolutely recommend Villa-Ana!
