The surrounding area is really beautiful. The park has many offers for free time with the family. The reception was mega friendly and helpful. We were there with two kids and a dog and all loved it. The villa was clean and comfortable. So we could enjoy a drink even in bad weather. Since we would go again.

everything was beyond good only you can not walk properly, because we had a dog with us, and that you can not fine outlets there, only along the narrow road, if you had passed a car on the roadside.

Bergumerpark is a good place to explore Friesland. Cyclists in particular will experience this. BelVilla itself would be more careful with providing the information. For example, they ask how I found staying in a specific house. Cottage where we were was fine, but it was not the cottage that was on the invoice. Bergumerpark divides itself and BelVilla knows that. Also stating on the invoice that you have to pay cleaning costs on the spot is confusing. When booking you will receive the message that you pay one amount to BelVilla and the other amount at the reception. The fact that the amount of the cleaning costs differs from that other amount and that the cleaning costs are specifically stated is confusing and could be better communicated.
