4. Dear Jose and Willem, We would like to thank you for 2 weeks of pure relaxation in your wonderful holiday home Maravilla! Casa Maravilla is perfectly equipped, has a large kitchen, a wonderful lounge area that is covered, as well as a dreamlike pool in the secluded courtyard. Everything is very well maintained and we enjoyed our vacation there every day. The urbanization is beautifully located on the outskirts of Mazarron, and with a rental car, one can enjoy trips to Murcia and Cartagena. There are plenty of shopping options nearby, and in Puerto de Mazarron, you can enjoy Spanish cuisine at very reasonable prices. Het verblijf was prima. Het appartement is ook heel mooi gerenoveerd. Bedden zijn goed, zelfs uitstekend. Helaas is de service van Belvilla een aanfluiting. Totaal niet klantvriendelijk. Zakelijke communicatie via WA, bij vragen en eventuele problemen. Nog niet 1 vriendelijk woord. We hadden ondanks dat alles heel schoon was, last van kakkerlakken. Daar kon Belvilla niets aan doen. Totdat ik zei, ok dan schrijf ik een review. Een paar uur later kwam iemand naar t appartement en heeft naden en kieren gedicht en spuitbussen gegeven voor verdelging. Gelukkig maar dat was n goede hulp. We hadden n fijne vakantie, maar de contactpersoon namens Belvilla heeft ons er toe doen besluiten nooit meer gebruik te maken van Belvilla. Bedankt Chantal...
