The holiday flat on the upper floor is equipped with two bedrooms and is ideally furnished for families with children up to 12 years. The cosy living room with a large flat-screen TV and a small collection of books is adjoined by the fully equipped kitchen with an integrated dining area for 4 people and a children's high chair. Next door is the master bedroom with double box-spring bed, night consoles and wardrobe and the children's room with two large single beds and wardrobe. A beautifully designed bathroom with WC, double washbasin and shower cubicle blends in.
On nice days, our guests enjoy dining on the large, southwest-facing balcony with patio furniture for 4 people and a beach chair to relax in.

Location and surroundings of object
The Goldstraße, the secret main street of Horumersiel, is "around the corner", the market place in the centre is only about 200 m away and the beach and spa facilities are only a few minutes' walk away. The nearest restaurant is only about 70 m away. And our guests can get fresh bread rolls in the morning from the bakery in Goldstraße (100 m). Two parking spaces are located directly in front of the house. Of course you can charge your e-bike at our house. Or do you fancy a stroll through town? Jever, one of the most beautiful towns in Friesland, is only 25 km away.

| The rental prices include all additional costs for electricity, heating, water and include the use of the beach chair on the bathing beach for the duration of the stay. (The beach chair is not available all year round). The rent does not include bed linen and towels. These are available to our guests on request from the house management on site. Spa fees are to be paid by our guests after arrival to the spa administration (Wangerland-Touristik, Zum Hafen 3, 26434 Horumersiel. For long-term bookings of 21 nights or more, we grant a discount of 10% on the total rental price. |
