Here it is not only possible to relax and unwind in the countryside, but also to take a trip into the pulsating life of the federal capital.
The good transport connections by regional and suburban railway allow you to enjoy the entire cultural spectrum of the cosmopolitan city of Berlin without stress. You can travel to Alexanderplatz or the main railway station in less than 30 minutes by Regio S Bahn. By car or train, you can reach not only the centre of Berlin but also the state capital Potsdam and the Spreewald in no time.
The holiday home is equipped with everything that makes for a great holiday, such as sports and play equipment (e.g. table tennis table, garden shower, sandpit boat, rowing boat and bathing jetty. Bicycles (1 bike included) and kayak rental is possible directly on site.
On 2 floors, 3 bedrooms with screen, DVD and each with its own bathroom (3 bathrooms), living room and kitchen are available to our guests
The living room has a comfortable and large couch seating area, flat-screen TV (incl. Freenet HD), DVD, CD and record player, DVDs, games and books
The integrated modern kitchen with separate dining area, large table and 6 chairs is equipped with dishwasher, cooker with seran hob and oven, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and microwave.
Furthermore, on the ground floor there is a bedroom with 2 single beds, 2 wardrobes, screen and save, a handicapped friendly bathroom with ground level shower and washing machine and the hallway with wardrobe
On the upper floor there are 2 bedrooms (1 double bed and 2 single beds) with bathroom (2 bathrooms with shower, WC, toilet)

The direct access to the lakeside promenade invites you to swim in the nearby lido, to go for a walk or to go fishing
There you can also use our rowing boat and a jetty with bathing ladder
The opposite zoo - the hunting ground of the Prussian king - can be reached via the historic lock bridge or by rowing boat, and invites you to take a walk in the woods along the Dahme River and the Krimnick Lake.
In addition to a nature trail and many recreational oases, it also offers hidden fishing and bathing bays.
It is particularly popular with joggers because of its wonderful cross-jogging paths.
On the property there are parking spaces, a cosy and covered outdoor seating area, a bicycle garage with bicycles (1 bike included), a barbecue, table tennis and games. Additional bicycles and a kayak can be rented.

Great accommodation !!!
Who is looking for relaxation and recovery will find it here. We expected a very beautiful holiday home with all comforts. There really is nothing missing. The house is nicely furnished and very clean. We were welcomed very friendly by the landlord and he always had an open ear. Highly recommended for travelers with dogs. The property is fenced and beautiful walks are possible. We enjoyed the time there, would love to come back for sure. Full points and thumbs up from us.

Very nice accommodation
Very nice house in a beautiful location. The equipment is top-notch! The bathing lake was used every day. There was a rowing boat available, which was also used often. The landlord is very friendly and always on hand if there was a request. We felt very comfortable.

Tolles Haus
Everything was as described. Great house, warm welcome, nice and helpful hosts, quiet area, water at the doorstep. Our expectations were very high. We (5 adults) were by no means disappointed. Everything was in perfect order and nothing was missing. We enjoyed every day of our stay.

Toller Urlaub
The vacation rental delivered what the online listings promised. We were very satisfied and felt really comfortable. highly recommended, quiet yet central location, very beautiful room layout, very kind landlords, including the landlord's mother and sister. Ideal for cycling and swimming. Separate and very close water access, not even a minute away! Naturist bathing possible. Further reviews on google.com. The best-equipped holiday house we have experienced in 27 years. Warm greetings from the 4 Görlitz residents. Weather very stable in this area.
