Description
The holiday home has 2 rooms of 15sqm each.
Room 1 has 2x single beds 90 x 200 cm and 1x permanent sleeper 80 x 200 or 160 x 200cm.
Media element with Sat. TV, DVD and a wardrobe.
Room 2 has 1x single bed 90 x 200cm and one permanent sleeper 80 x 200cm or 160 x 200cm.

The kitchen is equipped with an oven with ceramic hob, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, radio, fridge-freezer and an extendable table with chairs.
The bathroom has a shower with washbasin and WC.
Outside there is a small terrace with garden furniture and a small barbecue.
Parking spaces on the service road in front of the house.
For an occupancy of 1-2 persons, the price per night for our holiday home is 42 € ( 1 room 15sqm, kitchen, bathroom and hallway )
The price of 54 € per night refers to an occupancy of 3-4 persons, each additional person 10 € per night (whole house)

The holiday home is located on our property in the district of Berlin Kaulsdorf. Kaulsdorf is a single-family house settlement 14 km from the city centre (Alexanderplatz)
The bus stop is 500m away. From there you can take the buses X69,108,169 and 269 to the S-Bahn stations Köpenick, Kaulsdorf and the U-Bahn station Elsterwerdaer Platz in about 10 minutes
You can get to the city centre from any of these stations. The journey time by public transport is approx. 30 minutes. By car you can reach the city centre in approx. 25 minutes.

Although we live in the city, it is very quiet here, so you can sleep with the windows open at night.
For nature lovers, we have a forest about 300m away that forms the border between Kaulsodrf and the district of Köpenick
and in about 1 km you will find the Habermansee (Kaula) and 300m further the Butzer See.

We were just thrilled!!!
If available, we would have gladly given 10stars!!!
After a journey of almost 600km & a car that had problems, we (2 adults & 1 dog) arrived completely unnerved at the holiday flat
After greeting the nice landlord couple, Mr. Reckling was immediately totally helpful & offered his help regarding our "vehicle" which was no longer so willing. He also recommended various workshops
All we can say about the flat is that it's just great! We travel to Berlin once a year and have never had such beautiful accommodation. You can feel and see the love and the heart and soul that the couple put into the flat. The flat is fully equipped with everything you need and the outdoor area is also lovingly decorated
Conclusion: We felt very, very comfortable. We can highly recommend this flat and would like to come back every year!

Super nice landlords - everything to the utmost satisfaction
We would recommend the holiday home 100%. It is super clean. The landlords are very friendly, patient and you always get an answer, even after endless emails (regarding the current pandemic and travel regulations).
The house is in a quiet neighbourhood, which makes for rest and a peaceful night's sleep. You can get to Berlin-Mitte in about half an hour by public transport.
We were there with 4 people, one of whom is disabled. But even that was no problem. Everything was very spacious.
We will definitely come again
