Description
The holiday home has a living space of about 72 sqm. 2 bedrooms for up to 5 persons (1 bedroom with boxspring bed 1,80 x 2,00 m and additional bed, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds 0,90 x 2,00 m). In the modern living room area you will feel comfortable on a comfortable sofa set with HD TV (German satellite programs), blue-ray player and a stereo. Games and books are also available. The kitchen is fully equipped with gas cooker, fridge with freezer, oven and microwave as well as a dishwasher and washing machine.
The house has a large, wind-sheltered terrace, which can also be entered from the living room via a large sliding door.
A separate grille corner with a brick barbecue is also available in the garden.
The house is completely fenced !!

The house is located in the family-friendly "de Keizerskroon" park in Julianadorp.
In the park there is a small, cozy restaurant with a sunny terrace.
Den Helder, 6 km away, has many sights:
The Marinemuseum with submarine, the Kinderspielparadies, a bowling center, a cinema center, a Japanese garden.
Directly by the sea (about 1km) is a beach restaurant (Paal 6), which is open all year.

schönes Haus
We had a great three weeks of vacation with our dog and fantastic weather. The house has everything you need, we felt comfortable from the first day. It is close to Julianadorp for shopping. We can recommend this holiday home with confidence. We will be back for three weeks in the autumn.

1 week vacation during the Easter holidays in April 2019
We had a wonderful week at the holiday house by the sea! We had a very nice contact with our landlord, who took care of everything immediately when questions arose! We didn't miss anything, the holiday house is very well equipped and lovingly furnished! We will be very happy to come back next year!

Simply amazing.
We spent Christmas at the house by the lake. Nothing was missing, even tasteful Christmas decorations were there. From the first day, we felt very comfortable. The house can only be recommended. The booking process went smoothly as well. We would like to thank you for a wonderful time.

Beautiful holiday near the sea.
We immediately felt very comfortable in the house. The furnishings were very upscale. The beds are not saggy, so we could sleep very well. The beach is not far away. The weather was great, so it was a successful summer holiday. We would love to come back. The landlord is very friendly and helps with any problem.
