Description
The apartment "Sétimo Céu" (seventh heaven) is situated in the round tower of the house as seen in picture. It has one combined living dining-room with Satelite TV and sleeping couch, 1 bedroom and a shower-bathroom. The kitchen attached to the living room is equipped with stove, cooling-freezing combination, toaster, microwave, juicer, kettle and coffee machine. The pool can be used by all gusts os Sétimo Céu. In front of the house is a small terrace with furnitures. Heating is possible.

Location and surroundings of object
Quinta do Sobral is a new development with private houses built in the last 20 years. Only a small part is used for holiday rentals. Thus, there is a very private atmosphere.
The nearest shopping facilities are in São Bartolomeu (1 km) with a restaurant, Altura (approx. 5 km) with market hall, Aldi, Intermarché, Pingo Doce, Loja Fresca, newspapers and restaurants, Castro Marim (4 km) market hall, mini-markets, post office, pharmacy, Centro de Saude, Monte Gordo (6 km) with pedestrian zone, street vendors, restaurants, bars and casino or Vila Real de St. António (8 km) Lidl, "towel mile", etc. The apartment is approx. 3 km from the "Praia Verde" beach and the sea. The beach is directly accessible, no boat trips are necessary. Since there are hardly any settlements between the sea and the house, and it is situated a bit higher, you can see the nature reserve "Sapal" and the sea from the terrace.

| In the high season (July/August), only Saturday and Sunday are possible as arrival/departure days. No arrival after 22:00. Please check arrival time when booking your flight. Occupancy 2 adults plus 2 children or 3 adults. Fresh linen (bed linen and towels, no beach towels) is provided once a week and is included. The final cleaning will be charged at cost price of 35 €. There are pool rules which must be accepted by you. In the period from November to March we offer a favourable long-term holiday. For a stay of at least 6 weeks, the price is 17,50 €/day, excluding utilities and laundry. If you wish, you can book our laundry package (2 x everything) for 50 €. Heating in winter is possible and sufficiently available. THIS IS A NON-SMOKING ACCOMMODATION! |

The price includes weekly linen change and utilities. From November to March we offer an affordable long-term rental (from 6 weeks) of 16.5 euros per day for 2 people/excl. utilities. Bed linen and towels can also be provided by us, for 50 € per laundry package for self-changing and washing.

PARADISIACAL!!!!!
This is how Kirsten and Peter's holiday accommodation can best be described.
The villa is located high up, and the apartment is part of it.
The apartment is practical and cosily furnished, equipped with all household necessities.
Great Wi-Fi, an excellent bed, and delicious spring water, so no need to carry bottles of water!
The garden is beautiful, including a gazebo.
Peace, quiet, chirping birds, butterflies, and a stunning expansive view all the way to Spain!
The terrace is spacious and even equipped with sun loungers. Naturally, there is a washing machine with drying rack and - line.
Walking and cycling are options to explore the nearby nature reserves, among other things.
A car is necessary for visiting (super)markets, eateries, villages, and not to forget the beautiful sandy beaches.
Kirsten & Peter are warm and hospitable people. A stay with them is a GIFT!!!
We spent several (winter) months with them and thoroughly enjoyed it.

A really great place to stay!
The flat is located in a quiet residential area with a distant view of the sea. We also had part of the garden to ourselves and could use the pool, which we did not use in November. The flat was spotlessly clean and is very tastefully and comfortably furnished. The furnishings left nothing to be desired, everything we needed was there. The bed and mattress were super comfortable! The friendliness and openness of the landlords was unbeatable. We immediately felt very comfortable and enjoyed our stay for a week to the fullest. Thank you very much again, family Laufer!

Gladly again!
For one month I was the resident of this extraordinary and very beautiful holiday flat. As an ornithologist and photographer, it was important for me to be close to the Sapal nature reserve in Castro Marim to pursue my photographic projects. The flat is a few hundred metres from this area and was ideal for me. In addition, there are very short distances to various beaches and shopping facilities. The house with the insert flat is located in a newer, very quiet development near Castro Marim. A rental car is therefore a must. The landlords, who live in the same villa, are extremely helpful and very friendly. They gave me lots of tips, from Corona Test to hairdressers to restaurants and much more. If you are looking for accommodation in the Algarve that is a few metres away from the big hustle and bustle, but still within easy reach of the sea and everything else you need on holiday, this flat is the perfect choice. A lovely oasis, a few metres away from mass tourism.

Pure relaxation
This is the perfect accommodation for a relaxing holiday. We really didn't miss anything. The apartment with a separate entrance is lovingly decorated in a marine style, the kitchen is well stocked, and the terrace is large and fully furnished. Next year, there will even be a pool!
Only the landlords live in the house and are unbeatable in terms of warmth.
However, anyone who wants to see something other than the terrace should definitely rent a car. With that, beautiful beaches and numerous restaurants can be reached in no time.

A great apartment, everything you needed was there. Only a shame that there is no window in the bedroom. This should be included in the description.
Landlords were very friendly and helpful. What I really liked was the compilation of restaurants and shopping opportunities. All in all, a successful vacation.
