Description
The cosily furnished living room with flat-screen TV and stereo system is adjoined by the dining room, which is furnished for 4 people. From here you enter the separate, fully equipped kitchen with access to the sheltered terrace, equipped with a beach chair and garden furniture for beautiful summer evenings. The bedroom is furnished with a double box-spring bed, night consoles and a spacious wardrobe. Next door is the spacious, newly renovated modern bathroom with walk-in shower. In the ground floor flat, we also welcome your four-legged companion. And for our guests, we reserve a beach chair on the natural beach (dog beach) every year.

Location and surroundings of object
The Goldstraße, the secret main street of Horumersiel, is just around the corner, the market square in the centre is only 200 m away and the beach is only a few minutes' walk away - as are the spa facilities, the spa park and the Friesland-Therme. The nearest restaurants are only 60 m or 100 m away. And our guests can get fresh bread rolls in the morning from the bakery in Goldstraße (100 m). You can shop at the village market, which is only 200 m away.

| The rental prices include all additional costs for electricity, heating, water and include the use of the beach chair for the duration of the stay. The well-kept garden is fully fenced. In the lockable garden house you can safely store your bicycles and also charge your e-bike. In the flat, our guests use the WLAN free of charge.

Feel-good atmosphere
The apartment is optimal for two people with a dog. We really appreciated the central location. There are plenty of opportunities for dog walking near the house. The garden and terrace are protected from views and wind by lots of greenery. The beach chair was good to use in this weather.
