Portiragnes Plage is located directly on the Mediterranean Sea and very close to the Canal du Midi. Between the villages Cap d'Agde and Valras Plage, it is a resort ideal for a family holiday. Surrounded by vineyards and a nature reserve. The apartment is located in the center of Portiragnes Plage, 80 m from the sea and close to all shops. You can easily reach everything by foot, near the summer markets, which take place 4 times a week.

Cozy, lovingly furnished accommodation close to the beach
We had a wonderful time in the cozy apartment of Mrs. Keller. This accommodation is spaciously designed and perfectly equipped to spend a nice time even with a larger family. The furnishings and decor were lovingly put together by the owners, and the large kitchen area and ample dining table invite you to stock up on delicious food and good wine from the surrounding area and prepare various meals. Those who enjoy reading or playing board games can snuggle up on a huge sofa landscape on the upper floor and make themselves comfortable there. In a gallery, there are countless books and games. The beds provided a wonderful sleeping experience, allowing us to start the day refreshed. However, the highlight for us was the large balcony, where we had breakfast every day and from which we could enjoy an invaluable sea view. We felt very comfortable and well-rested. The location of the apartment is unique: From the balcony, you can hear, smell, and see the sea, and the footpath to the beach takes a maximum of three minutes. Portiragnes Plage is a small holiday resort where you can engage in various activities during the summer season and meet your daily food needs. There are also a few restaurants and souvenir shops on site, as well as a small park and a playground. However, since we were here in the autumn, the little town had already begun to prepare for winter hibernation, and the restaurants were only open on weekends. A small grocery store and a souvenir shop directly across from the accommodation bravely held their ground, so one did not have to do without fresh croissants in the morning. The beach is a dream with huge shells and fine sand, long and wide enough for a proper dog walk or a sunbath. Directly adjacent to the beach is a nature reserve where you can observe flamingos.

Holiday in October
We really enjoyed staying in the small cozy vacation house. It was very comfortable. Especially the kitchen and the terrace. Unfortunately, many attractions were closed because it was the off-season.

Close to the beach and in a quiet location, this accommodation comes highly recommended. Everything is as described in the offer. In the surrounding area, there is a vast cultural offering as well as various sports and shopping opportunities. Very nice and always helpful contact with the owners.
