Pearl in Moraira!
Now that I am writing this review, we are back in the car on our way home. We were allowed to stay in this beautiful house for 2 weeks. The house is equipped with all conveniences. As a family, we have been coming to this area for years, but this house has exceeded all our expectations. We had all the comforts, and to be honest... The photos are beautiful, but in reality, the house is even more beautiful! The swimming pool was big enough for all of us, there was even a ping pong table that the kids made good use of. There were also items that we could use at the pool, such as a float, diving goggles, and toys for the pool. Due to the outdoor lighting, it was very atmospheric in the evening, and it invited us to enjoy a nice drink on the terrace. The house is spacious with a beautiful area downstairs where our daughter and son-in-law stayed. Very nice with a private fridge and a TV.
The contact with the landlords was very pleasant. During the week we were there, we received a message from them asking if we were enjoying ourselves, very thoughtful! The manager was also extremely friendly; when we needed his help, he was there within 5 minutes or he responded very quickly via the app. In short, we really enjoyed this beautiful house! It truly felt like coming home, and to be completely honest, I already miss it. Thank you on behalf of myself and my family!

Beautiful house with pool, quiet neighborhood
This house is highly recommended. Very beautifully and functionally furnished. All modern comforts. Very good beds. Large refrigerator and freezer with ice maker. Air conditioning. Very nice terrace for breakfast and dinner. The pool is wonderful for lounging or swimming. I slept in the guesthouse, very quiet, fresh, large bathroom. Nice towels that dry well. You should not hesitate about this stay.

We felt very comfortable, there is enough space available. Pool not visible. Nothing was missing, ideal accommodation for those seeking peace.

Great, well equipped, well maintained house in a beautiful location
I stayed for 3 nights in the house with some friends and we had a lovely time. The house is very well located, very well equipped and maintained.
Additionally, the location, a few kms north of Calpe, is excellent with some gorgeous beachfront very close by.
Excellent house for some quality family/friends time!

Het zwembad was groot genoeg voor ons allemaal, er stond zelfs een pingpong tafel waar de kinderen dankbaar gebruik van hebben gemaakt. Er waren ook attributen die wij bij het zwembad konden gebruiken, denk aan een luchtbed, duikbrillen en speelgoed voor in het zwembad. Door de verlichting buiten was het heel sfeervol in de avond en het nodigde dan ook uit om dan nog een heerlijk drankje te drinken op het terras. Het huis is ruim opgezet met een prachtige ruimte beneden waar onze dochter en schoonzoon verbleven. Heel prettig met een eigen koelkast en een tv.
Het contact met de verhuurders verliep erg prettig. In de week dat wij daar waren kregen wij nog een bericht van hen met de vraag of wij het nog naar ons zin hadden, heel erg attent! De beheerder was ook uiterst vriendelijk, wanneer wij zijn hulp nodig hadden dan was hij er binnen 5 minuten of hij reageerde heel snel via de app.
Kortom wij hebben erg genoten van dit mooie huis! Het voelde echt als thuiskomen en om heel eerlijk te zijn heb ik er nu alweer heimwee naar. Dank namens mij en mijn gezin!

Het is een heel fijn en aangenaam huis om te vertoeven!
Vanaf dag één voelden wij ons hier thuis.
Heerlijke bedden, alles wat je nodig hebt in de keuken ( op een koksmes na).
Niet te vergeten een nieuwe mooie koelkast en tv!!!
Mooi zwembad, maar....dat was te koud op het moment van schrijven.
Ik zou bijna vergeten de pelletkachel te vermelden, lekker warm !!
Bijna wilde ik deze parel niet verklappen, want dan wordt het moeilijker om het weer te boeken.
Maar deze casa verdient een mooi review!!!
Aan werkelijk alles is gedacht om het comfortabel te maken voor de gasten.
De moderne, lichte inrichting geeft een fijn gevoel.
Ook de tuin en het terras rondom het zwembad maakt het verblijf compleet.
Het contact met de gastvrouw en gastheer verliep professioneel en prettig.
Kortom, zeer zeker voor herhaling vatbaar!
Wij komen graag weer terug!
Wir haben alle Unterlagen zügig erhalten und wurden Vorort pünktlich und nett mit einem tollen und sauberen Haus empfangen.
Es war alles vorhanden was man braucht.... fast wie zuhause?
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und uns gut erholt.
Der Pool war noch kalt, aber wir konnten trotzdem kurze Abkühlung dort bekommen.
Ein tolles und sonniges Haus.
Ideal für 4 Personen.
Auto ist wichtig.
Covid test zur Rückreise in privater Klinik IMED in Teulada , 10 min vom Haus entfernt.
Alles super funktioniert.

Empfehlenswert in jeder Hinsicht. Ausflugsziele in unmittelbarer Umgebung sowie Strand und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten schnell erreichbar. Tolle Gastgeber!!!

Flatscreen TV met alle denkbare zenders.
Erg mooi terras met splinternieuw zwembad, waaromheen heerlijke ligbedden staan.
We komen hier dan ook zéker weer terug.
Erg goed contact met de eigenaren en de dame van de sleuteloverdracht.

Magnificent swimming pool (4 x 10 m approx) very clean!
Big outside terrace with a nice garden and several areas to relax; at the lounge set, bistroset, sunbeds, terrace...1 parkingspace
House was fully equipped with all new materials; american fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, dolce gusto coffee machine, waterkettle, good airco and perfect wifi. Shower, matresses and pillows very good too. The towels and linen smelled lovely. There is also a barbecue, we left some charcoal!
Only the use of TV remote wasn t women proof :)
Communication with the owner went very good. As with the "key" woman, Ann.
We will surely come back...Very modern-ibiza marine style house with fully equipped kitchen for those who love to cook. Small bathroom with good shower.
You can enjoy the beautiful view off the sunset at your own swimming pool!
BUT the water was freeezing cold, end of april.
If you prefer to go out for dinner, no problem because there're plenty of good restaurants in the neighbourhood. But you have to go by car, also to the nearest bakery-supermarket.
We will come back some day.

It only takes you a 15 minute walk to get to the sea where you ‘ll find a nice bar, restaurant and the beginning of the ‘paseo ecologica’ witch you can follow up to Calpe.
