This modern, energy-saving holiday home is located in Senzig near Berlin on the Krüpelsee, - which is flowed through by the Dahme
flows through it. The waterway leads to Berlin or Bad Saarow and further.
You can reach the centre of Berlin in 20 minutes by S-Bahn, Regio-Bahn or car.
The energy-saving house with a lot of space on 125 m2 is detached on a 650m2 forest garden plot.
It is located at the end of a forest road (dead end) with adjoining nature areas and forests.
At the lake, only approx. 180 m away,- lies the fenced lake property belonging to the house with boat, fishing and bathing jetty with seating platform.
Close to the stone throw,- ideal,- the quiet residents' bathing beach with sunbathing lawn, play and gymnastics equipment, sandpit and modern toilet block.
The holiday home offers on the ground floor:

the inviting hallway with free-swinging staircase,
1 WC, 1 utility room / shower, 1 bedroom, as well as
the light-flooded corner living room with cosy seating area,
large dining table and American kitchen.
On the upper floor:

3 of 4 individual bedrooms,
a bathroom oasis with corner bathtub, shower and WC.
Sleep comfortably and dream in our beds:
2 beds 1.80m wide, 1 bed 1.40m wide, 1 bed 0.90m wide
Recommendation: fitted sheets 90 x 200 and 1 x 140 x 200.

On forest hiking and cycling trails you can find new destinations every day.
Many free bathing beaches invite you to a sporty beach and lake holiday.
Fishing is possible here with permission, but without a fishing licence.
Mushroom connoisseurs will find a mushroom paradise in the autumn forests.
