Description
I offer my holiday home on the Costa da Prata, you can find RECOMMENDATIONS of the guests on the homepage. The house has 4 bedrooms with 140x200cm beds, 2 bedrooms with 90x200cm beds, 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, satellite TV (Astra,Eutelsat)DVD player, stereo, fireplace, underfloor heating for the colder months
maximum number of persons: 6 persons. A baby cot is available, as well as a is located 13 km away from the beach in a small village, tranquillity guaranteed. You can either use 40 km of unspoilt beach or in a touristy seaside resort (almost only Portuguese tourists) the beaches from May to September with beach supervision. You can also simply barbecue on the property and enjoy the sun. Many village festivals invite you to join in the celebrations at the weekends: Traditional food and music. You will find many cultural sights within a radius of 70 km: Batalha, Tomar, Coimbra In case of bad beach weather there is still a bathing lake 10 km away. There is the possibility to book excursions with a motorboat suitable for the sea for a separate price (external provider). Be it on an inland reservoir (also with overnight stay in tents) or on the Atlantic Ocean for fishing, surfing. Please ask for prices when booking or later. Location and surroundings of object
The house is situated just outside the village, the nearest neighbor is 200m away, otherwise no neighborhood. For more details, please visit my website where you can book directly online. Casal Novo is a small place, with more rural structures, offers the advantage that they often fresh fruit, eggs, vegetables, etc. can be purchased from the neighbor. The village has two cafes. The next Mini Mercado is in the neighboring village. Breakfast sandwiches are daily brought them to the house, according to the order. The nearest large town is Leiria with Aldi, Lidl. other supermarkets, cultural offerings, etc.

| The house can also be rented by the day via the contact form. The prices refer to the use of up to 2 adults. Children up to the age of 10 are included. All additional costs such as bed linen, towels, etc. are included. There is a surcharge for use with more than two people. It amounts to 15 € per night! The price from the 8th night onwards is only valid up to the SIXTH night inclusive, otherwise for a full week the weekly price will be charged. |
Cancellation terms:
Free cancellation possible up to 90 days before the arrival date.
In the event of withdrawal from the rental contract up to 90 calendar days prior to the contract period, 25% of the total amount is payable. In the event of withdrawal from the rental contract up to 60 calendar days prior to the contract period, 50% of the total amount is payable. In the event of withdrawal from the rental contract up to 30 calendar days prior to the contract period, 75% of the total amount is payable. After this, the full rental price applies. Regarding a COVID-19 infection within the travel group, please notify me IMMEDIATELY for a possible free cancellation. I expect a doctor's certificate regarding a positive COVID-19 test or a copy of the findings. Generally, this applies to infections occurring within 14 days prior to arrival. If you would still like to travel, I expect the negative test result (no older than 48 hours before the arrival date) in case of a prior positive test.

Important: the rent is calculated for 2 persons. Each additional person older than 10 years costs a surcharge of 100 Euro/week
The water supply is via a borehole from a depth of approx. 150m. It is checked annually. Legal notice: The landlord is not liable for health impairments and costs caused by the use of the borehole. Outside the house is monitored by video. Means: gate entrance, parking place of the cars, house walls (window fronts). Video recordings are not made. The surveillance serves to protect against burglary, especially at night and when the house is unoccupied. There are NO recordings in the interior of the house and in the garden.
