Description
The apartment is located on the top floor of the villa and is comfortably appointed with 3 large bedrooms, bright living room, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and large dining room.
To reach the apartment from the parking lot of the villa by lift and are therefore completely independent.
All bedrooms are tastefully decorated and each room has an exit to a terrace. From there you can enjoy a wonderful view of Lake Maggiore.

'Villa Isabel' is located in an exclusive residential area between Baveno and Feriolo just a few meters from the shores of Lake Maggiore.
The well-known recreation center AQUADVENTURE PARK is located on foot in just 2 minutes.

A shopping center with a supermarket is also located nearby and is on foot or by car within easy reach.
Many destinations can easily be reached by boat.
The train station of Baveno is located just meters ... and by train you are in about an hour in the heart of Milan.
BAVENO (about 5000 inhabitants) is a very popular resort and is situated opposite the Borromean Islands.
The town has beautiful villas from the , such as the historic "Villa Branca".
The dock for boat connections can be reached wonderful to walk across the promenade.
There are many nice cafes, bars, shops and restaurants.
Baveno is located between the famous resort STRESA (4km) and the picturesque bay of FERIOLO (3km away).
The beautiful village of Feriolo was once fishing and Steinhauer village and has a beautiful sandy beach for swimming.
Numerous hiking trails that lead to the famous hiking area below the "Mattarone" start near the apartment.
A trip to the picturesque "Orta San Giulio" on Lake Orta or the LAGO DI MERGOZZO (insider tip) is highly recommended!

Super apartment
We had a very nice 2-week vacation in this beautiful apartment. It is located on a quiet street with a private entrance and private parking. The apartment is accessible via an elevator. Spacious living room, excellent kitchen and bathroom, as well as 3 bedrooms. There are 2 balcony spaces available on both sides of the apartment. Slanted view of the lake and a direct and wide view of Lake Maggiore from the living room.
Below lives the owner of the apartment. Very nice, speaks English, and always talks about the area.
Within a 10-minute walk, you can reach the Legio Maggiore and a small town beach. Highly recommended. Some hiking trails also start near the apartment.
In short, highly recommended and available for a good price.

Holiday
If you are looking for peace and quiet and a well-equipped holiday flat, this is 100% the right place. My concerns about the lift were in vain, it worked wonderfully. Restaurants and supermarkets are easy to reach by car. The only drawback I had was that there was no bakery for fresh rolls for breakfast. But that is complaining on a high level ☺️. Fam. Gallo and Mrs. Nellisen-Rüsch were very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back.

All around top!
From reservation to checkout everything went perfectly. The apartment is wonderfully spacious and well furnished. The view is amazingly beautiful. The owners of the house as well as the contact persons of the management are all very accommodating and helpful. The location is quiet and the surroundings offer a lot to do. We felt completely comfortable for two weeks and would love to come back. Thank you very much!

Large holiday apartment with great views
Family Gallo welcomed us warmly upon our arrival and was always available for information and recommendations. The apartment was quite spacious for four people with three bedrooms. The only downside was the abundance of mosquitoes, which was a bit annoying.
