The apartment is located on the top floor of the villa and is comfortably appointed with 3 large bedrooms, bright living room, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and large dining room.
To reach the apartment from the parking lot of the villa by lift and are therefore completely independent.
All bedrooms are tastefully decorated and each room has an exit to a terrace. From there you can enjoy a wonderful view of Lake Maggiore.
An Internet connection is available for free!

'Villa Isabel' is located in an exclusive residential area between Baveno and Feriolo just a few meters from the shores of Lake Maggiore.
The well-known recreation center AQUADVENTURE PARK is located on foot in just 2 minutes.

A shopping center with a supermarket is also located nearby and is on foot or by car within easy reach.
Many destinations can easily be reached by boat.
The train station of Baveno is located just meters ... and by train you are in about an hour in the heart of Milan.
BAVENO (about 5000 inhabitants) is a very popular resort and is situated opposite the Borromean Islands.
The town has beautiful villas from the , such as the historic "Villa Branca".
The dock for boat connections can be reached wonderful to walk across the promenade.
There are many nice cafes, bars, shops and restaurants.
Baveno is located between the famous resort STRESA (4km) and the picturesque bay of FERIOLO (3km away).
The beautiful village of Feriolo was once fishing and Steinhauer village and has a beautiful sandy beach for swimming.
Numerous hiking trails that lead to the famous hiking area below the "Mattarone" start near the apartment.
A trip to the picturesque "Orta San Giulio" on Lake Orta or the LAGO DI MERGOZZO (insider tip) is highly recommended!

Super apartment
We had a very nice 2-week vacation in this beautiful apartment. It is located on a quiet street with a private entrance and private parking. The apartment is accessible via an elevator. Spacious living room, excellent kitchen and bathroom, as well as 3 bedrooms. There are 2 balcony spaces available on both sides of the apartment. Slanted view of the lake and a direct and wide view of Lake Maggiore from the living room.
Below lives the owner of the apartment. Very nice, speaks English, and always talks about the area.
Within a 10-minute walk, you can reach the Legio Maggiore and a small town beach. Highly recommended. Some hiking trails also start near the apartment.
In short, highly recommended and available for a good price.

If you are looking for peace and quiet and a well-equipped holiday flat, this is 100% the right place. My concerns about the lift were in vain, it worked wonderfully. Restaurants and supermarkets are easy to reach by car. The only drawback I had was that there was no bakery for fresh rolls for breakfast. But that is complaining on a high level ☺️. Fam. Gallo and Mrs. Nellisen-Rüsch were very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back.

All around top!
From reservation to checkout everything went perfectly. The apartment is wonderfully spacious and well furnished. The view is amazingly beautiful. The owners of the house as well as the contact persons of the management are all very accommodating and helpful. The location is quiet and the surroundings offer a lot to do. We felt completely comfortable for two weeks and would love to come back. Thank you very much!

Large holiday apartment with great views
Family Gallo welcomed us warmly upon our arrival and was always available for information and recommendations. The apartment was quite spacious for four people with three bedrooms. The only downside was the abundance of mosquitoes, which was a bit annoying.

Apartment with magnificent views of the lake and the mountains. It's nice to have breakfast or lunch on the terrace with those views.
It has indoor parking, which is important in that area of Italy, and is in a quiet (residential) area but you can walk to Feriolo in 10 minutes.
The apartment was very clean, large and with very good distribution.
I also highlight Daniela's kindness, always attentive to anything we might need.Definitely recommended.

Fantastic accommodation with a beautiful view of the lake and the mountains
We spent wonderful days in this very spacious and well-equipped apartment. Even on hot days, the good location on the mountain ensures very good ventilation. The view from the living room as well as from the balcony alone is already "vacation". The landlords are very nice and helpful. Here again a heartfelt thank you to the Gallo family. The location away from the hustle and bustle offers peace and relaxation, but requires more frequent use of the car. Nevertheless, after a 15-minute walk, you are at the beach of Feriolo. We can highly recommend this accommodation.

Spacious flat with a fantastic view!
We spent 2 relaxing holiday weeks in the flat. Even with 5-6 people there is enough space. Everything is very clean and well equipped. The view of the lake is particularly beautiful. The contact with the Gallo family was very nice and uncomplicated.
We would go on holiday there again at any time and can recommend Villa Isabel to others.

Very nice holiday home. Beautiful location with lots of activities. Clean house, friendly owners, well equipped. A small disavantage is the lack of microwave and no possibility to eat outside fot more than 2 people.

Thanks for your comment.
We can provide a microwave whenever the guests require one, unfortunatly these guests did not ask for it and mentioned the lack of the microwave in their comment only. Furthermore there is a mistake regarding the number of guests that can eat outside. There are two terraces: one large terrace with place for 6 and one terrace with place for 4 person to comfortable eat outside. Anyway we are sorry for any inconveniences.

Very large house with plenty of space
The house is very large and located in a quiet area. It is very well equipped. We didn't miss anything.
From the apartment, we didn't find it possible to go for walks because we considered the driveway too steep for us, especially with a stroller (and definitely not with a wheelchair).
Also worth mentioning is the leisure pool in the immediate vicinity.
