This exceptional roof-only house is located in a quiet side street of the North Sea holiday park. The location is ideal to enjoy a relaxing as well as interesting and varied holiday directly at the North Sea coast.
You will stay in a lovingly furnished 78 sqm roof-only house which is ideal for a holiday with up to six people
The cosy and comfortably furnished house is divided into an upper floor with two bedrooms, as well as a ground floor with a third bedroom for two people, a new fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living and dining area and a bathroom with shower cabin
The living area is the heart of the house. From here, a space-saving staircase (secured with a metal grille) leads to the upper floor with the two bedrooms, one of which is furnished as a master bedroom with a generous double bed (180 cm x 200 cm) and TV and the other as a children's room with two single beds measuring 90 cm x 180 cm
A travel cot and a baby chair are available
In the bedroom on the ground floor, a fifth and sixth guest can sleep in a single bed of the above-mentioned size
In the spacious living room, relax together on a corner sofa and rattan armchair after a day out and enjoy entertainment on a flat-screen TV with DVD player. Take the opportunity to enjoy a movie night
With the adjacent south-facing terrace and the glass exterior door, the living room is flooded with light and creates a very homely ambience with the laminate flooring
Next to the living area is a dining table with six chairs and enough space to dine together
In the separate newly renovated kitchen you have the opportunity for extensive self-catering. The kitchen is well equipped with a dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, egg boiler, coffee maker and kettle
The bathroom offers you a bathroom window, a shower with shower cubicle, a hand basin and WC

You can reach the beach and the promenade after 750 metres. Shopping facilities are 5 kilometres away. In the fishing villages in the area, you can go on traditional cutter trips to catch crabs, round trips or trips to the seal banks.
In the North Sea lagoon, you can swim in the purified North Sea water completely independently of the tides. With beach chairs, sun loungers, a non-swimmers' area and a water-mud playground, it's sure to be a relaxing day by the sea.
A play barn, bowling facilities, a pirate ship and the nearby Center Parcs offer further variety in the vicinity

The special cancellation policies due to the Corona pandemic are as follows: If your travel date is impacted by an official travel ban from the state government of Lower Saxony or the municipality of Butjadingen, I offer you the option to rearrange your booking to a later date free of charge or a refund of 100% of your payments made up to that point via bank transfer. If you cancel the rental contract from your side without there being an official travel ban for the Butjadingen peninsula or the state of Lower Saxony, the usual cancellation conditions apply: The compensation claim is 20% until the 29th day before the start of the trip, 50% from the 28th to the 11th day, and 80% of the rental price if cancelled 10 days or less before the start of the trip, unless you provide a replacement tenant on the same contractual terms.

Sehr schönes Haus
We were with 4 adults and 2 children (4 and 2) in the holiday home. Everything was clean, and the house was very nicely furnished. Nothing was missing. The caretaker was also very nice and always available.

Very outrageous bill
we were there with 3 adults and 3 children and dog (puppy)
We got the house pretty dirty. At first glance everything was clean, but when our little 9-month-old picked up crumbs, dust, etc. from under the couch, we saw that they only vacuumed and wiped roughly.
The bathroom was also filthy. Furthermore, our dog broke 3 curtains which we passed on directly, as our dog is insured, it is no problem to report this to the insurance company, instead we get a normal private bill from the owner that we have to pay for 6 curtains a30 euros plus 1 hour installation of 25 euros as well as additional cleaning costs after departure of 100 euros, we left the house more thoroughly than we got it. We cleaned the bathroom completely first. As well as the 100 euro deposit was held so that the owner wants a money demand of 150 euros.
Somehow a very strange thing, we have never experienced anything like this before and we go to holiday homes at least 5 times a year

We had a great holiday on the North Sea. The house was well-maintained and fully equipped with all imaginable utensils. You can see that the owners put a lot of effort into constantly renovating the house. When we arrived, the path to the house had been newly paved. We will definitely come back and book this house.

Nette Wohnung
We spent a week of vacation here as a family with two small children. The location (right behind the dyke) and the well-equipped kitchen are positive aspects to mention. Everything you need is there. The beds are quite comfortable, and the rooms are functionally furnished. The apartment is somewhat dated. A new kitchen was installed, but the old dirty wallpaper was not painted?! The staircase leading upstairs is not without its challenges. Our three-year-old son had difficulty using them because the steps are uneven. The apartment appears to be quite clean at first glance, but unfortunately not at second glance. Dirt under the sofa, dust on the lamps and beams, and also behind the toilet haven't been cleaned for a while. The dirt-trapping mat in the entrance area is completely dirty. There were many cobwebs on the railing on the terrace and in the corners, which we had to remove with a broom first. Unfortunately, one notices things like this when one has small children who play on the floor and touch everything. The sandpit has also not been cleaned for weeks.
Regarding the reception: we were welcomed by a man (with his fly open) who seemed stressed and placed the bed linen and towels carelessly in a blue bag on the floor. For the extra payment, I actually expect the laundry to at least be neatly laid out on the bed, if not already made. Unfortunately, he was also poorly informed. For waste disposal, we should contact the holiday park administration. They told us that we were not allowed to use the lockable garbage bins because our vacation apartment is privately rented, and we should contact the landlord. He then told us that we have a key for the garbage bins on the house key chain. This could have been resolved more easily. I would like to mention in a positive light that the manager always responded quickly to all inquiries.
