Description
At the heart of our Residence you can find the four- to six-person apartments. These apartments are situated around a large swimming pool with sunbathing areas. The apartments are spread over 4 buildings. There are both apartments in the upper and the lower floor. A building (E) has only ground floor apartments.
The apartments have a private balcony or terrace with garden access. The apartments in the upper floor can be accessed via a wide staircase around it. All apartments have a spacious living room with open kitchen incl. Numerous kitchen utensils, a microwave and a refrigerator / freezer combination. In addition, a bathroom with a spacious shower, each with a toilet, bidet and solid washbasin.
The two bedrooms, one with single beds in double bed preparation and one with twin beds, are located at the rear of the apartment. In the living room there is also a sofa bed with trundle bed.
The prices are ground level for the 6 person apartments. There are also apartments on the first floor, and 4 person apartments on the ground floor and the first floor. If you want this, write us a reminder email or look at Unse website:

The property is 5 minutes walk from Lake Garda. Guests at Résidence Riai have free use of the private beach of Camping Sereno. It is 5 minutes walk from the port and the central square of Moniga del Garda. With nice markets, restaurants, shops and terraces.
