Description
This beautiful villa with qm is located on a 900 sqm large, enclosed private property in the preferred residential area Balcon al Mar in Javea. The large sandy beach Playa del Arenal with a beautiful promenade, numerous shops, restaurants, and cozy bars is only a few minutes' drive away. The breathtaking bathing coves Cala Granadella, Bucht Ambolo de Javea, Bucht Cala Portichol are also reachable in just a few minutes. Some restaurants and a supermarket are located in the vicinity of the house. The private pool, equipped for easy access with Roman steps, measures 10 x 5 meters, adjacent to a spacious sun terrace inviting relaxation with garden furniture, sun loungers, and a sun umbrella. A barbecue grill and an outdoor shower are also available. The villa has a cozy living room with a TV (cable TV), two bedrooms, a bathroom, as well as a fully equipped kitchen furnished in the typical style of Balcon al mar. Ceramic hob and oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge-freezer, toaster, and fully automatic coffee machine complement the amenities. Through the dining room, you enter the outdoor area to the pool with terrace and external naja. The bedrooms are equipped with fly screens and shutters. The apartment (approx. 32 sqm) is located on the lower floor of the house and includes a double bed, a sitting area, and a bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet. Furthermore, a spacious garage is available for your car. The vacation home is equipped with air conditioning. Additionally, the house has Wi-Fi.

Holiday on the Costa Blanca
We were lucky to spend a wonderful holiday at the "Casa Penelopé" on the beautiful Costa Blanca.
From start to finish, everything was wonderful, the communication with the property management was uncomplicated and very nice. They were also available to answer any questions we had about our vacation.
The layout of the rooms is great, we were two families in total, four adults and two children.
The kitchen equipment leaves nothing to be desired - from the coffee maker to a variety of cooking utensils, everything is generously provided. The large refrigerator with a sufficiently large freezer compartment is particularly noteworthy.
The dining area on the terrace by the pool is cozy, especially in the morning hours when the sun is not shining directly on it and you can have a wonderful breakfast.
The pool itself was very well maintained and a great size.
We had a rental car, which we could conveniently park in front of the garage.
The city center is about a 15-minute drive away, which was not a problem for us.
You can tell that this house is loved and well maintained by its owners, and we would love to come back!!

Peace and relaxation
We spent our vacation with three people in the house. The accommodation was super clean upon arrival. The house is overall lovingly furnished. The outdoor area invites you to linger and the pool is a dream.
Very quiet location, ideal for vacationers seeking relaxation.
The contact with the landlady was very friendly and uncomplicated, and the on-site manager was also extremely courteous.
I can highly recommend the house and we will definitely come back.

Very clean house in a super beautiful area.
In August, our family of 5 stayed at Casa Penelope for two weeks. The first thing that struck us was the beautifully green surroundings and entrance, a lovely garden with lots of greenery beautifully decorated. We were well received by Klaudia, the hostess, we had contacted her well in advance and upon arrival, she was already waiting for us. Friendly and hospitable, she showed us around the house. The house was super clean, and the garden side with the pool was also immaculate. We immediately fell in love with the house, the layout, decoration, and equipment. The house is equipped with good quality items, good pots, cutlery, and as a cherry on top, a fully automatic coffee machine. The house is tastefully decorated, creating a summer-like atmosphere that enhances the feeling of being on holiday.
Our children and we enjoyed ourselves in the garden with the pool, which is spacious and was cleaned twice a week while we were still asleep. In the outdoor kitchen with BBQ and dining area, we lounged wonderfully. What also stood out were the comfortable beds. Additionally, all bedrooms were equipped with air conditioning.
Our experience with the hostesses Klaudia and Linda was very pleasant, communication was easy and fast.
The surroundings were peaceful, and privacy was guaranteed, with no overlooking neighbors or road. The surroundings were delightful to stay in, the view of the sea was beautiful, and there were dining options nearby where you could enjoy a nice breakfast or lunch, and at some places even dinner.
You will need a car in this area, which you can park in the garage belonging to the house.
In short, the house and the surroundings have all the elements to enjoy your holiday in peace. I highly recommend this villa. I will definitely return here again.

Family vacation (2 children)
It was a perfect vacation for us. We found the house/pool in a very clean condition. In the typical Spanish kitchen, you can find EVERYTHING you need. The furnishings were selected with great attention to detail. The entire facility invites you to feel good. The location is quiet, but you still have everything you need in 10 minutes by car. The contact with Ms. Schäper and the property manager was very reliable and friendly. We will definitely be back!!
