The villa offers two different apartments for rent. Both are furnished to a high standard and will appeal not only to young professionals searching for an escape from city life but also to families looking for a holiday near to beautiful, sandy beaches which can easily be accessed by car.
Apartment 3 has a kitchen/ diner, with cooker, hob, fridge/ freezer, full range of cutlery, crockery, and kitchen utensils, washing machine, TV, radio, WiFi, table with 4 chairs.
The main bedroom has a king size bed, bedside tables and lamps and a wardrobe.
The second bedroom has 2 single beds, bedside table and lamp. Both bedrooms have fly screens and air conditioning.
Bedlinen and face and bathtowels are included in the price. Beach/ swimming pool towels are not provided.
The apartment has its own covered terrace and garden with table and 4 chairs for alfresco dining. There is also a seating area with a comfortable sofa and two easy chairs.
Sun loungers and a Bar-B-Que are also provided.
There is also a designated parking area.

Location and surroundings of object
The villa is situated on a mountainside with lovely views of the mountains, valley and sea in the distance. A tranquil setting, yet within easy reach of shops and restaurants; the nearest being a 15 minute drive away.
The area is ideal for those who enjoy walking, cycling or rock climbing or just want to lounge beside the pool or on one of the many kilometres of nearby beaches.

Much more beautiful than described
The apartment with the host Bruno was beautiful. There is a nice large shaded outdoor area, and everything is lovingly furnished. The equipment of the apartment was good. It was very clean, and the beds were comfortable.
The pool is very nice and, due to its location somewhat away from the terrace, is situated perfectly so that you don't disturb anyone when playing in the pool.
We especially liked the caring Bruno, who helped us a lot and was always there for us. Thank you again, dear Bruno, for getting us the light bulb for our car :-)
The location of the apartment is a bit off the beaten path, which we really liked. Great beaches are accessible by car in 20 minutes. Shopping was well possible in the nearby town of Cadedu.
We really enjoyed the 2 weeks with Bruno and can highly recommend the apartment.
