Description
The villa offers 2 different apartments for rent. Both are furnished to a high standard and will appeal not only to young professionals searching for an escape from city life but also to families looking for a holiday near to beautiful,sandy beaches which can easily be accessed by car.
Apartment 2 has a living room with a comfortable sofa, easy chair, TV, radio and WiFi internet access. There is a dining table with seating for 6 people.
The modern, fully quipped kitchen has a cooker, hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine and a full range of cutlery, crockery and kitchen utensils.
The main bedroom has a king size bed, wardrobe and bedside tables and lamps. The second bedroom has 2 single beds ( a third can be added on request), a wardrobe and a bedside table and lamp. Both bedrooms have air conditioning and fly screens.
Bedlinen and face and bath towels are included in the price. Beach/ swimming pool towels are not provided.
The apartment has an outside covered terrace with table and 6 chairs for alfresco dining. There is also a private garden with a seating area consisting of a sofa and two easy chairs.
Sun loungers are also provided.
The apartment is reached via its own private entrance and has a designated car parking area.

Location and surroundings of object
The villa is situated on a mountainside with lovely views of the mountains, valley and sea in the distance. A tranquil setting yet within easy reach of shops and restaurants; the nearest being a 15 minute drive away.
The area is ideal for those who enjoy walking, cycling or rock climbing or just want to lounge beside the pool or on one of the many kilometres of nearby beaches.

Hidden gem in the hillside
Perfectly situated house in the hillside, 15 min drive from everything. Calm, cozy outdoor area with access to the pool with fantastic view to the mountains. Very friendly and helpful host who provided us with lots of great advice. Both suitable for a couple or a family. We would love to go back!

Super mooi huis met prachtige tuin en zwembad dicht bij zee
Dit huis in de heuvels van Cardedu is prachtig. We have stayed together with our 2 children for a wonderful holiday. Het zwembad was super, de tuin heerlijk groen en de woning binnen was van alle gemakken voorzien en tevens zeer smaakvol ingericht. Ook de tuinmeubels waren fantastisch. Het huis lag op een rustige plek buiten het dorp. Strand en winkels waren op een korte autorit te bereiken. Ook de bergen zijn vanuit dit huis makkelijk te bereiken. Dit huis is zeer geschikt voor mensen die van zee, maar ook van de natuur/bergen houden.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Urlaub in Sa Perra su Monte. Die Unterkunft liegt ganz versteckt in sehr ruhiger Lage. Die Wohnung war super ausgestattet, es fehlte nichts, und vor allem in der Kueche gab es viel mehr Ausstattung, als es normalerweise in Ferienwohnungen der Fall ist, so dass man tatsaechlich auch etwas kochen konnte. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und sehr schoen eingerichtet. Man hatte den Eindruck, dass die Vermieter sich sehr viel Zeit nehmen, um die Unterkunft ansprechend einzurichten.
Besonders schoen ist, dass jede der Wohnungen einen privaten Aussenbereich hat, so dass man ganz unter sich sein kann. Der Pool ist sehr schoen und auch sehr sauber.
Phillip ist ein sehr guter Gastgeber der auch gerne Tips gibt (Restaurants/Straende usw).
Wer hier Urlaub macht, muss bereit sein, ueberall mit dem Auto hinzufahren - zu Fuss erreicht man nur im Notfall einen kleinen Laden (aber auch der ist ca. 2 km entfernt). Ein Auto ist also noetig, aber man kann dann vom Standpunkt aus leicht viele schoene Straende erreichen. Fazit: Sehr zu empfehlen.

An absolute feel-good holiday
We spent two wonderful weeks in this dreamlike ambience.
Here you could forget all stress in a short time.
Just the view in the morning from the tastefully submitted apartment into the wonderful garden with several seating areas, from which you can enjoy a magnificent view of both the mountains and the sea a bit away, made the day worthwhile and the super pool area - also with a terrific view!!!! - made it even better.
We had it to ourselves almost the whole time and enjoyed all the comfortable and original relaxation possibilities that were available there in abundance
The whole property is so lovingly designed that one could not get enough of it while enjoying one or more glasses of the house's own red wine.
Phillip and Bruno are really fantastic hosts, a big thank you again at this point.
I have rarely felt so comfortable anywhere!
A small downer was the somewhat remote location, but only in the sense that you could only eat 'drive' or stroll in a town and thus at least one could not enjoy a cosy glass of wine. But that only bothered my husband a bit - well, he had to drive too :-)).
So absolutely recommendable!!!!

Pure relaxation
Absolutely recommended holiday home.
The pool is great with a brilliant view.
The sea is about 15 minutes away.
There are plenty of shopping opportunities in the village.
The apartment is clean.
