A holiday home for beach lovers in a sought-after residential area of Hossegor between the “Lac Marin d'Hossegor” lake and the Atlantic. You only cross the beach road, walk through the dunes, and you are already at the sea!
26H620 (Vagues 2): The well-kept holiday home offers pleasant, good living comfort. The harmonious furnishings in maritime colors of white and blue, pretty accessories, dark beams, as well as good technical equipment create on approx. 85 sqm of living space create the right holiday atmosphere. The essentially detached house is only connected to the neighboring house by the neighbor’s carport. There are two wooden terraces facing south and southwest with outdoor lounge furniture, sun umbrella, 2 loungers, and a natural, mostly fenced plot with some lawn and lots of sandy soil, bordered by a grass-covered dune.
Entrance into the small hallway. Throughout the house there are ceramic floors, whitewashed walls, and white ceilings with beams. Large living room with integrated kitchen area, bright and friendly, contrasting due to the open ceiling construction with dark beams, patio doors to the front and side terrace. In the living area in front of the modern fireplace, a cozy blue-and-white checkered seating set, coffee table, pretty dresser, bookshelves. In the dining area, a beautiful dining table with matching chairs, china cabinet. Well-equipped kitchen, slightly separated by a half-height cabinet element. 2 pretty bedrooms with built-in wardrobe, duvets: 2 x each with 1 double bed (2 x 90 cm). Pretty shower room in blue and white, dark ceiling beams: built-in shower, double washbasin. WC separate. Another room is private and remains locked.
